Well it’s been a solid month of waiting for someone from @HomeServeUSA to contract me or respond to me, and besides a couple comments on my posts, there has been zero follow through! Again beware of using this company to protect anything of yours! Still waiting @HomeServeUSA

I wonder how many days I have to post about how awful a company @HomeServeUSA is before they take my claim seriously? Can’t get a return phone call, can’t get them to live up to their contract, can the @bbb_us help?

When your sewer main breaks and @HomeServeUSA won’t call you back, stand up for their customer, and makes you spend $8k+ because their contractor told you what to do! Beware of this warranty company!

I wonder how many more posts about what an awful company @HomeServeUSA actually is before they follow through and actually reach out to me? They will post the message for me to DM them my info (which I do everytime) but zero follow up! Don’t let this happen to you!

Why do you comment that you want to help but never follow through? @HomeServeUSA continues to not stand behind their warranty products! If this happens to you, I hope you have a better warranty company!

As the bills keep rolling in for my sewer line replacement @HomeServeUSA continues to be an awful company. Won’t stand behind their agreements and hiding things in the fine print. Please use any other warranty provider!

If you use a sewer line warranty company, and it’s @HomeServeUSA I would highly recommend you find a different company. Find one that doesn’t fine print you into oblivion and then not pay up or help when you need them! If you do use them… READ THE FINE PRINT!!!

Do NOT do business with this company! @HomeServeUSA will make your life miserable when you actually need help and have zero accountability to do whats right to get your home and sewer back to working conditions. Find any other warranty company to do business with!

The customer service that @DoorDash @DoorDash_Help is an absolute joke! I’m trying to buy a $500 gift card for an injured friend, and after 45min on the phone they have no answers. And no it’s not being caught in a fraud alert from my CC company. Guess it’s a Vanilla Card now

Completely messed up my rsvp for @NationalPro (rsvp for MIA and flew into FLL). Grabbed my car like always and hit the checkout gate and no record! Thank goodness for TREVOR @ FLL he was patient and kind and got me out in a few extra minutes. Great young man and great exp!

When your @sheratonhotels room has evidence of smoking, smells worse than an ashtray, and the front desk “can’t” move you, what do you do? @SheratonGaller1 is awful and we have 20 rooms and a conference room. @Marriott any advice?

Crazy travel week, but I think I got the southern hospitality backwards this week, the @Marriott branded hotel in Hilton Head couldn’t have made me feel less welcome than any I have ever stayed at, while the @DeltaHotelPHL @DeltaHotelsLtd was unbelievably amazing! City of BroLuv
