Hurley has serious psychological issues. His current success enables all this OVER THE TOP behavior. The running into the ref should have drawn a suspension for the rest of the tournament. He stands on floor the whole, which are technicals. Per ChatGPT: "Hurley looks like a classic: Type A, high-anxiety, control-driven, emotionally reactive competitor. That profile: Can win championships, but also burns people out (including himself). Hurley could plausibly have: Superstitious tendencies, Performance anxiety history (yips), Compulsive personality traits (not OCD). That last one matters: 👉 Some people are “compulsive” in personality (structured, rigid, routine-driven) 👉 That’s very different from clinical OCD." Like Bobby Knight, he is not built for THE LONG HAUL emotionally. I HAD TALENTED KID ATHLETES; I WOULD NEVER LET MY CHLDREN PLAY FOR DAN HURLEY, NO MATTER HOW MANY NCAA BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS HE'S WON. NBA-HUNTING, DISADVANTAGED KIDS WILL PLAY FOR ANY CRAZY MONSTER FOR A SHOT TO PLAY IN THE NBA. AT SOME POINT, WHEN HIS TEAMS START FLAT-LINING, HURLEY WILL CRACK LIKE KNIGHT. BY THE THE GIRLS UCONN COACH JUST AN EXTRAORDINARY CLASSLESS MOMENT ON NATIONAL TV. WHAT IS IT ABOUT UCONN & CRAZY BASKETBALL COACES. BY THE WAY, UCONN IS A MEDIOCRE ACADEMIC INSTITUTION, BUT THEY PLAY WINNING BASKETBALL, LED BY CLASSLESS, WEIRD COACHES.

UCONN HC Dan Hurley made contact with an official after his team went up 1 with .4 seconds left after trailing as much as 19 in the game. He literally taunted an official & is incredibly lucky he didn’t cost his team the game with a tech.

Dan Hurley is psychologically disturbed. The official being run into by him should be caused a suspension for him for rest of the tournament. He virtually stands on the playing floor all game, & not in the coach's box. It's a technical every time he does it, but it's never called. Was in the arena as a Michigan Fan. the UConn team got officiated like it was a football game; for Illinois like it was a basketball game. The only way UConn could beat Illinois was by BRUTE FORCE, & the officials let it happen. I think Reed had about 8/10 fouls during the game. The Michigan team is must more stout than Illinois. If the UNEVEN officiating costs Michigan, I going to be VERY P*SSED. Like the Illinois squad, we're much mote talented, & PYCHO HURLEY WILL BE GOING TO A BRUTAL HAND-TO-HAND STYLE OF BASKETBALL; IT'S EFFECTIVE BUT UGLY, & MADDENING IF THE STUPID REFS ALLOW IT. GO BLUE.

Ami Bera, M.D.@RepBera·
President Trump’s speech last night left the American people with more questions than answers. We still do not know what the endgame is. There was no clear articulation of the “imminent” threat posed by Iran to the homeland and he failed to lay out a credible plan for what comes next. Meanwhile, people here in Sacramento County are asking a different set of questions: How do we bring down the cost of groceries, gas, rent, and health care? How do we make ends meet as this war drives up costs here at home? The American people deserve a president who will address these questions head-on and put forward a real plan to deal with them. That is not what we saw last night.
Ami Bera, M.D.@RepBera

Last week, I called on Trump to go on national TV and explain why he’s asking Congress for $200 billion to fund the war in Iran while American families can’t afford to cover their basic expenses. I will be watching tonight to see what the president says.
