So here’s the hard truth: extraordinary accomplishments require extraordinary sacrifices. @elonmusk slept on factory floors at Tesla and lived off $1 per day in his 20s. Kobe Bryant trained at 4 am, even in the off-season. J.K. Rowling wrote Harry Potter in coffee shops to save on heating bills. I argue that in today’s economy, it’s completely possible to reach financial freedom by your mid-20s, but you can’t do it without being prepared to sacrifice. But that’s not something many young people want to hear. Thank you to @foxandfriends for having me on.

@livewithnoregrt Yup. This is why most people get EAs as they grow their companies. It's better to have someone else decide your schedule to make you the most productive version of yourself. Otherwise, you'll give out your time too easily.

@Nithya_Shrii If you announce your next move, people will: -Show little confidence in you -Steal your idea If you don't announce anything, people will just see the success and be impressed. You don't need others' negativity in your life. It's a waste of brain space.

Avoid announcing everything to people. Life is easier when no one knows NOTHING about you.

@thesavasx Yup. Because if you do that suddenly you'll find rewards in other areas. -Finishing a project -Making a client happy -Hiring a new employee Same dopamine but one source has the chance to change your life for the better.

If you aren't satisfied with your life right now: - Remove junk food - Remove parties - Remove games & netflix Stop rewarding yourself for tolerating a life you don't approve of.

@vasilevbrand For sure. Show up when everyone else is making excuses. Showing up 100 more days than your competition and improving by 1% every day is going to make you 100% better than them.

Show up early. Show up tired. Show up busy. Show up frustrated. Show up no matter what. Consistency builds identity.

@Dwriteway True. You need to walk in with confidence and position yourself as if you don't need the money. Insecurity is unattractive.

Your desperation won't make the sale come faster. In fact, it reduces buyer confidence.

@pmitu Once it pays your bills, it means you've figured out how to market. Marketing isn't hard when you've determined what works for your product. At that point you can just do everything over and over again.

You can sell a bad product with good marketing. But you’ll never sell a good product with bad marketing.

@OmriBuilds 2x founder here. People used to call me "obsessed" with my company. I used to not understand what that meant. Isn't everyone obsessed with their goals? Truth is, no. Obsession occurs in people willing to do anything to make their goals work. Those people will find success.

Nobody becomes great by constantly switching directions. Commit. Obsess. Go all in.

@BalogunAbass12 Yup. There's a reason why people mention a "winner's mindset." Successful people still show up when they don't feel like it. They work hard stay away from excuses.

Mindset matters a lot, improve it everyday.

@nathan_covey For sure. But if you're asking a question, see if a chatbot/Google can answer it first. People will start to question your intelligence if you ask to many questions. Don't do that to yourself.

The "secret" to scaling a solo business: • Be a specialist (one thing) • Get the right clients (say "no" to wrong fits) • Be expensive (no one wants a cheap surgeon) And most importantly, Deliver insane results for them
