It's a slight variation to the Great Man Theory. In this case, you need a collective of serious people. Today, you can hardly name 100 serious Ugandans. As in, serious Ugandans. That's our crisis. We have some lukewarm seriousness.

My hypothesis is that the destiny of a country is determined by the ratio of serious people to unserious people. For every 1000 people in a country, you need at least one serious person. Thus, countries should focus on producing, poaching serious people from around the world.

I read this tweet by Bill Ackman.. the guy runs a hedge fund worth billions. He's got a wife and seems to have his life together. So I decided to give it a shot. Last night I'm at this bar and I see a brunette near the dartboard. She had on a denim jacket, looked friendly enough. I thought, alright, this is my moment. The point here is just because Gates doesn't have a degree nullifies the need for degrees in the software world. Just because M7 has no degree doesn't mean that as a presidential material, a degree is not important.
