Been in hospice with my grandfather (basically my dad) for the past 12 hours. We knew it was coming at some point, but really didn’t expect it today.. I guess you never do. It’s hard to explain the suffering regardless of pain medication etc. Watching someone you love so dearly struggle so much. I’ll honor his life another day, a terrific man, but for now I may be away for a bit. This is my first time losing someone who is everything to me.. always had my back. Hard to say how I’ll deal with it when it actually sets in. Hug your loved ones for me. I wish you all good health.

31. 🥳 I love my birthday, not necessarily for the celebration part of it even though it’s always epic, but because I get to sit and think about my life and where I’m at. At this very moment, life is good. Life is incredible. Life is beautiful. It wasn’t always that way, but I can confidently say that I am happy with my personal life, with my friendships, with my work, and with my health. And for one of the first times, I feel successful, and I will do whatever it takes to keep it that way, one year at a time.

I faded Tom Lee's $ETH call. Today, I saw the Daily structure break and proceeded to bottom tick an LTF entry (publicly called as always). As a trader, I recognized the need for an immediate bias adjustment. Rather than holding out or trying to be right, I chose profit (currently) and professionalism. I saw a 2R setup and entered. In return, I've received likely the most hate I've received in quite some time. I think it's obvious that many of you got your first ever big win off Tom's call. The euphoric gloating and nasty replies could only come from individuals who haven't been consistently profitable previously. They're not used to the feeling of winning, so the money isn't enough, it's also necessary to also rub it in the face of anyone who made them doubt their position (weak minded individuals riding borrowed conviction). Here's the thing.. Tom Lee isn't going to hold your hand into retirement. You won some money, but someone else traded for you. You'll give back those gains because Tom won't be here to give you calls every week. You'll grow impatient and with your skillset (non existent), give it all back. I may have got this one wrong, but I've been getting them right for years and will continue to compound. I hope Tom sticks around to guide you into retirement. If not, enjoy your day in the sun.
