الرٹ🚨 افغانستان میں سرعام کوڑوں کی سزاؤں میں اضافہ، ایک ماہ میں 115 افراد کو سزائیں افغان طالبان کی جانب سے سرعام کوڑوں کی سزاؤں میں گزشتہ ایک ماہ کے دوران نمایاں اضافہ دیکھنے میں آیا ہے۔ افغان میڈیا کے مطابق طالبان کی سپریم کورٹ کے سرکاری بیانات پر مبنی اعداد و شمار کے مطابق ملک بھر میں کم از کم 115 افراد کو سزائیں دی گئیں، جو پچھلے مہینے کے مقابلے میں 92 فیصد زیادہ ہیں۔ رپورٹ کے مطابق 21 مارچ سے 19 اپریل کے دوران 101 مردوں اور 14 خواتین کو 19 صوبوں میں جسمانی سزاؤں کا نشانہ بنایا گیا، جن میں سے اکثر کو عوامی مقامات پر کوڑے مارے گئے۔ یہ سزائیں کابل، ہرات، کندوز، بلخ اور ننگرہار سمیت مختلف صوبوں میں دی گئیں، کابل میں سب سے زیادہ 24 افراد کو کوڑے مارے گئے، جبکہ نمروز میں 17 افراد کو سزا دی گئی۔ ننگرہار اور خوست میں 9، 9 کیسز رپورٹ ہوئے۔ اعداد و شمار کے مطابق گزشتہ سال کے آخری مہینے کے مقابلے میں اس بار نمایاں اضافہ ہوا ہے، جبکہ پورے سال کے دوران تقریباً 1200 افراد کو کوڑوں کی سزا دی گئی اور کم از کم 6 افراد کو سرعام سزائے موت بھی دی گئی۔
