I had an Epson printer for 8 years no issues until it came to the end of its serviceable life. I’ve now had a @HPUK printer for 2 weeks and nothing but problems. Their service centre is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Doing my head in 🤬 DO NOT BUT @HP PRODUCTS PEOPLE.

British airways are, without question the worst company on the planet for customer service. I honestly think @Ryanair offer better customer care than @British_Airways
