@SamaHoole I think this is my mistake. Trying to cram too much into a session. Need to rethink my strategy. Cut some reps. Increase the load. Less variety of exercises. Short, sweet, heavy.
Doing a 5k before I lift isn’t helping either. Gonna flip that to the end of the session.

Signs your volume is too high:
- You feel "flat" most sessions and call it a "deload week" every fortnight
- Your warm-up sets feel like working sets
- Your working sets feel like 1RM attempts
- You're sore in muscles you didn't train
- You're sleeping nine hours and waking up tired
- Your appetite has either disappeared or doubled with no middle ground
- Your motivation is gone but you call it "discipline" to keep showing up
- You've added pre-workout to compensate for being broken
- Your lifts haven't moved in four months
- You're reading this list and getting defensive
The fix is not another exercise. The fix is fewer of them, done harder, with more time in between.
Less is the upgrade.
