@JonathanWillis For me. I’d let him excel in 3RD role next season and possibly extend Murphy. I’d rather have someone who is a for sure thing in that spot that than trying to upgrade 2RD AGAIN next year at deadline Injuries happen and natural progression can happen that way. IMO

I'm not quite this bullish on Emberson, but it wouldn't shock me if he could step into the role. He's done a really nice job with a steady diet of defensive zone starts this season, and mostly he's been out with a really weak bottom-six forward group.
