Really poor customer service from @goustocooking promised account cancelled and no further boxes would be recieved on Thursday. Had a delivery notification today and told nothing they can do? Already been for a food shop after being confirmed it was cancelled!

@SkyHelpTeam your customer service is painful, your advisor wrote my email down wrong on the fourth spelling and now can’t send me a contract out apparently via email. Not to mention you owe me over £100 in billing errors since January. Terrible service.

@currys Your care and repair plan is absolutely shocking!! Been waiting since October for a call to arrange our appliances being cleaned. Constantly passed from pillar to post with no one ever returning calls when they say they will.

@ThreeUKSupport for two days I’ve been unable to recieve calls or make them for the majority of the day. It states network issues in my local area but when is this going to be fixed? I rely on my phone for my business and I’m not even notified about missed calls!
