@Hurricanehugo13 @MarathonDevTeam What do you expect? this game was targeting hardcore PVP players only not the mass Market. there are no casual players - just levels of Hardcore ones in this game. If you suck you are the less hardcore player.

@MarathonDevTeam still doesn't change the fact that this game is basically unplayable for casual players why this game doesn't have a PVE only mode is beyond me, I don't know who you have in charge but they are so out of touch as to what players wanted in this game

As Joe mentioned below, we tracked down and fixed the regional matchmaking issue that was routing a small set of players into the wrong matches, leading to some rougher lobbies. @A1coboss @ravincacity @A_dmg04 Are you fking kidding? Uber low drop rate on IB items especially the gun dmg is showing off. IB ornaments and flair don't work like supposed to for scoring. Bungie says opps we'll fix it in a few months. Multiple people getting kicked to orbit with no server available errors, etc

Looking for some additional context on IB Feedback Re: Crimil's Dagger vs Steady Hand Talk to me, which one do you prefer? Any specific reasons why? Look, feel, sound? Both are kinetic 120, so if you don't particularly lean one way or the other no worries. Alt note: Saw some chatter of "literally no one is asking about finite impactor, why was this in the TWID?" Tuesday we saw quite a few questions across our accounts, I also had some folks in my replies poking at it. As it was the last IB loot addition and was available for a fairly limited time, wanted to hit it quick to say it'll be coming back. Hear you on the desire to hear more about alt topics. Just wanted to touch on that as we had the info on hand. <3 Appreciate the feedback, as always.

@A_dmg04 So extend IB for another week and fix the things. You guys delayed this for fking months and can't get basic things right.

Re: Iron Banner Drops 1. Hear you on drop rates for Auto Rifle. Portal drops/bonus engrams are focused on general Crucible loot, feels to overwhelm the IB drops. Some players feel armor is dropping too frequently, others feel weapons are too frequent while hunting for a perfect stat split on Armor. Won't be able to touch this before reset. Reco for folks hunting more Auto Rifle rolls: Spend tokens from Daily/Weekly challenges on additional drops. 2. Finite Compactor: Will be retuning in June. 3. Score bonus for wearing IB Ornaments: Ornaments currently do not count, only actual IB armor pieces - should be fixed for next IB.

@That_1Guy_Jesse @A_dmg04 Their rng system has and always will be broken. I get no IB Armor for like 6 matches then 3 arms drop in one match. Their engine QA is non existent

@A_dmg04 Any information on why certain pieces of armor don't seem to be dropping? Played at least a dozen matches, got 4 of the 5 pieces multiple times over, but no helmet.

I see anti-Marathon crowd talking about being gamers while also looking forward to cheering on layoffs or shutdowns. It is very anti-gamer to want to put game developers out of jobs. I've never seen people cheer for layoffs of any job, but I guess the world is more hateful now.

@WickedWizard15 Bungie intentionally drives Destiny into the ground neglecting problems yet stating they are 100% behind it, but really they steal resources / time to put out a game for a tiny % of the market with a niche game. They lie continually and cosmetics are pushed & delay expansions.

This is by far the weirdest thing that has happened with Crimson Desert and yes is a serious issue (lack of transparency). There is zero Intel Arc support. And Pearl Abyss chose not to say anything pre-launch so now players are buying the game & being told to refund. Bizarre.

Sony’s gotta back Marathon for the long term. It’s a genuinely good game, has a unique place in the market, has a core fanbase already doing everything from fan art to cosplay. Rare new (“new”) IP win on those fronts It’s pretty brutally hard, but that’s part of the reason it stands out. Playerbase is not gonna be mainstream blockbuster level, clearly, but at this point you have to let one of these survive and build in time. Marathon is a good pick for that

yeah okay in case it wasn't clear before, my position on this is that it's a good thing to do. Not for Bungie, but it paints a more complete picture of the game for readers. It's a live game, and this will be its biggest addition for at least its entire first season
