Because her baby daddy is a loser. If he weren't a loser, she wouldn't have to work if she doesn't want to. She says that she would love to stay on leave longer or do part time "but that's just not our financial situation."
Please, women -- do yourselves a favor. Do not procreate with losers who cannot afford to carry the household (you plus kids) on his income alone. Work if you want, but do not have kids with someone who can't afford them.

Harvard political scientist Robert Putnam's study on the catastrophic social effects of diversity surprised even him. However, they remain true to this day.
For a refresh he found that the greater the diversity in a community, the fewer people vote and the less they volunteer, the less they give to charity and work on community projects. In the most diverse communities, neighbours trust one another about half as much as they do in the most homogenous settings.
Less donations to food banks is a prime example of this.

Additionally, if you actually read the article you will learn donations are massively down.
They're calling for sweeping changes like wage increases. I don't think that RW Twitter wants to implement wage increases at all. They just want to use headlines to swipe at the gov't.

@TrashPanda08x Actually you can't have this because of overregulation, incredibly high labor pay rates versus investment capital availability, and low returns on public infrastructure. You could have this. But in order to do so you need to fight corruption and renew the tax code.

We can't have this in the US because a farmer will lose 0.5% of their land and less people would drive which would be bad for oil companies. :(
