Can we break the glass ceiling of PD1/PDL1 inhibition? In the #COAST phase 2 trial, stage III NSCLC pts were randomized after CT/RT to durvalumab +/- oleclumab (anti-CD73) or monalizumab (anti-NKG2A). Both study arms showed doubled ORR & prolonged PFS. ascopubs.org/doi/abs/10.120…
