Don't even try to buy products or appliances from the haier they don't have a proper installation team at all better to buy from lg or samsung. These haier don't even provide proper service and support.

@IndiaHaier @amazon @amazonIN Again, I contacted the team, and they mentioned that they would share the contact details of the installation team. I would like to understand whether the coordination is supposed to be handled by the customer or by Haier. This experience has been quite disappointing.@IndiaHaier

When I initially reached out to the Amazon support team, they connected me with the Haier India team. The Haier team assured us that the installation would be arranged within 24 hours, but there was no follow-up.

We purchased a Haier side-by-side refrigerator from Amazon, which was delivered on 10th April. The installation is supposed to be handled by the Haier team, but we have not received any update so far. It has been almost 6 days, and no one has contacted regarding the installation.
