Yes, but under the SAVE Act, these are not sufficient to vote. You need more "ID" than just that.
The SAVE Act is not a "voter ID" law but a voter suppression law.

Then no IDs to purchase guns and remove all gun laws that take away our second amendment rights. 18 year olds should be able to buy whatever gun they please, buy tobacco, buy alchol, all age restrictions removed. Yes, Iran just started "randomly attacking" countries. They put the names of all Middle East countries in a paper bag and then pulled out 8 and said: why not attack these?
