Basildon and Billericay deserve an MP that has genuine roots in Basildon/Billericay and knows the area, its people, its businesses and its issues.
Richard Holden was dropped into this seat in a typically cynical Conservative Party selection stitch up and probably thinks that Sun Corner is a tanning shop.
Cllr Jaymey McIvor 🏴@McivorJaymey
Every Conservative candidate that’s ever had to work hard to achieve something will be celebrating this one. As will all the MP’s that lost their seats. & all the associations that got stitched up. Can hear the cheers from here 😂

A very, very happy birthday to the man I truly believe will form the next government and become the next Prime Minister of this great country of ours 🇬🇧
It has been an absolute pleasure working for him, with him, and alongside him over the past two years, seeing firsthand the determination, resilience, and genuine passion for this country and its people.
Leadership matters. Strength matters. And most importantly, putting Britain and its people first matters.
Here’s to the year ahead and what I believe will be a defining moment for our country.
Happy Birthday 🎉

It is a huge honour and privilege to have been chosen to be the lead candidate and represent @reformparty_uk Wales in my home of Monmouthshire and Torfaen - ‘Sir Fynwy Torfaen’. Thank you for all the kind messages of support, its much appreciated.
I, alongside a very strong team of candidates - huge congratulations to our Sir Fynwy Torfaen @RUKWales Team - Stephen Senior, Bob Blacker, David Rowlands, Mark Urrutia, Gerard Hancock 👏🏻 - and the BEST Branch in Wales Reform UK - Monmouthshire and Torfaen , look forward to leading us to victory here in Monmouthshire and Torfaen, in this pivotal election.
We HAVE to WIN. We HAVE to take back our country, and put Welsh families first.
We have a plan to make Wales thrive again, to ensure that every child has the best education, to provide jobs and opportunities here in Sir Fynwy Torfaen and here in Wales. We will reindustrialise, and get rid of these ridiculous net zero targets. We will listen to and support our farmers and rural communities, not punish them. We will get Wales moving again and attract inward investment, by getting rid of default 20mph and open up Wales for business again, whilst making our residents lives easier too, by finally building that M4 Relief Road and by fixing our roads. And we will reform our failing NHS, but keep it FREE at the point of use, as it is now and free prescriptions, and ensure that people get the timely care that they deserve.
We cannot let these anti-motorist, anti-women, pro-immigration separatists in Plaid win. I for one, do not want my children growing up in a Wales led by them. They’re dangerous. Labour and the Tories are dead. Voting for them is a wasted vote. This will be a two horse race, Reform v. Plaid.
This is an historic election.
After 27 years of Labour, propped up by Plaid, failing Wales and failing Monmouthshire and Torfaen, it is time for change and to right those wrongs. Reform are a Party for all of Wales, and we will deliver for the real change that people so desperately want and need.
Together, let’s return the brilliant and very capable @DanWalesReform Thomas as First Minister and a REFORM Welsh Government on May 7th!
🏴 For our Families, for our Communities, for our Country ..

Powerful remarks from @ZiaYusufUK on stage at the Suffolk rally tonight. Worth a read: 👇
“Today is actually a very dark day in British politics and we have to talk about this.
For years Labour and the Tories have gorged themselves on fat donations from all sorts of shady characters. Reform has subsisted on a relative pittance for sometime and still run rings around the Uniparty.
But recently, Reform received a pretty large donation from an upstanding British citizen. That donation was perfectly above board. Perfectly lawful.
So how did Keir Starmer respond? By weaponising the instruments of state to persecute his political opponents. He commissioned a civil servant named Philip Rycroft to write a report on stopping - and I quote here - "foreign interference" in British politics.
The result? Well the report published this afternoon said a new law was going to come into force to cap what that donor could give us in the future and it would be retroactive from when? *Today*.
Ladies and gentlemen, make no mistake - these are the actions of a dictator in a banana republic.
Starmer is an authoritarian... He cancels election he's going to lose. He surveils anti government speech. And now he chokes off perfectly legitimate funding for his political rivals.
Well we have message for Starmer. You are already the most unpopular Prime Minister in this country's history. Your authoritarian attempts to crush us will not work. You will only make Reform stronger.
Isn't it fascinating how fast the machinery of government can move when it is protecting itself. Chocking off the legitimate funding of his political opponent? Instant. It can happen in weeks.
When it comes to stopping the boats, or deporting illegal migrants, or ensuring violent criminals are in jail... oh that takes years... YEARS according to the Uniparty.
When it comes to justice for the rape gang survivors, that takes DECADES according to the Uniparty.
Well here is my message to you: I promise you when Reform is in power we will move at the speed of light to secure our borders and ensure all those involved in the rape gangs and their cover up face the heaviest possible price for their crimes.”

It’s been an honour and privilege to be picked by Reform UK Wales as lead Reform candidate to represent the good people of Llanelli & Carmarthenshire, Sir Gaerfryddin constituency in the Welsh Senedd in this pivotal election on Thursday 7th May 2026.
The campaign is already very much under way with a superb team of dedicated Reformers, behind myself and the other 5 superb candidates, who’ve together been getting leaflets and knocking on doors, right across the Sir Gaerfryddin area!
Thanks for your dedication, much appreciated!
Over the coming weeks, there’ll be a mass of activity to get the word out and remind everyone that urgent change and Reform is needed!
There’ll be more leaflets going out, doors being knocked and chats being had across the constituency
They’ll be garden boards popping up across the area, if you want one, let us know via DM.
In the July 2024, myself and the team of dedicated Reformers nearly over turned 100 years of Labour managed decline in Llanelli, we were 1500 votes short of winning against an incumbent Labour MP!
And this was in a time when Labour were running high, because the Tories were so bad!
Obviously we didn’t quite win then, in the general election, that seems like yesterday but so far away, now that Labour have managed to destroy virtually everything they touch as a UK government!
Labour in the Senedd, let’s not forget, with Plaid backing them up, have made a right mess, again of virtually everything for the last 26 years!
So in the coming weeks, counting down to May 7th, Wales has a once in a lifetime opportunity to bring back common sense, make things better for the economy, for education, for our NHS, Net Zero madness, 20mph and farming to name a few!
We need to make things work again, as they should for all the people of Wales 🏴 after all, it’s the people of Wales who pay!
We are getting less and less, for more and more money!
Over the coming weeks, you’re being seeing more of our candidates, none of us are professional politicians, all of us have had real jobs, doing real things and where if we didn’t do a good job, there’d be accountability, consequences!
Accountability has been sadly lacking in Wales for the last 26 years!
The Cardiff bay bubble-ocracy has being living the good life, as real life, for real people has been getting more and more of a struggle!
Just remember, Labour is finished, they’ve been entirely the authors of their own demise, here in Wales 🏴
Just remember, who’s backed them up, who done deals to keep the status quo, keep things nice and comfy, a bit of back and fore election time, then the Welsh Uni party is back in business, all at your expense!
Don’t fall for the faux nationalism, they’re really globalists, who don’t recognise illegal immigration, think Net Zero is great, as long as pylons to connect the are made of wood - I’m not kidding!
They back puberty blockers for kids!
They aren’t an opposition, more like partners and Wales is open for any woke globalist idea you can imagine, 20 minute cites anyone?
The Welsh budget is £27.5 billion a year, per capita spending is the one of the highest in UK.
Where does the money go?
It’s will be an honour and a privilege to serve the people of Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, Sir Gaerfryddin in the coming months and years, but first we must get elected!
For real change, Wales desperately needs vote Reform on Thursday 7th May!
Diolch yn fawr iawn!
Gareth, plus Carmelo, Sarah, Chris, Alan & Michelle!
@RUKWales
🏴🩵💪
