The Campaign To Invoke The Genocide Convention of River Valley Code Pink, has been dedicated to ending genocide in Gaza and upholding the rights of the Palestinian people and their liberation movement, while fostering a caring and supportive community among our members. Our action plan, steadfast in the face of varying outcomes at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) or any imperialist legal institutions includes: 1. Advocating for an immediate ceasefire by Israel and its allies, and cessation of military supplies to Israel until hostilities end completely 2. Calling on UN States supportive of Palestinian Independence and Self-Determination to initiate a Uniting for Peace Resolution, leading to the establishment of a UN Protective Force.(see example below) and lifting the illegal Seige on Gaza The key point is the UN cannot leave the blockade in place and under Israeli control and make more than a dent in the genocide and catastrophic conditions left by Israel. The blockade and Occupation are the conditions at the root of hostilities and injustice 3. Urging all states to sever diplomatic ties and trade agreements with Israel and impose sanctions on Israel until it ends its genocidal campaigns and fully withdraws from Gaza and the Occupied Territories. 4.Calling for release of all Palestinian Prisoners and detainees held by Israel in exchange for all held by Palestine, 5.Insisting on a long term solution chosen by the Palestinian people and their united representative factions, advocating for an end to the siege and occupation of Palestinian lands, a fully sovereign Palestinian State with East Jerusalem as its capital, and enforcing relevant UN resolutions, including the Palestinian Right to Return. 6. Establishing a special UN Tribunal empowered to quickly investigate war crimes and human rights abuses in occupied territories and prosecute crimes 7. Supporting the Palestinian Liberation movement and the right to resist colonial oppression -in all its forms-(peaceful and armed ) and factions. Self-Determination means the people’s movement only ones who have a right to determine the acceptable solutions and who will govern how it will be decided and so forth. In addition…. As discussions of a potential ceasefire raise hopes of reopening borders, possibly allowing residents to eat meat for the first time since March, Dr. Hazem Barghouth offers a warning to Gazans "With the reintroduction of animal proteins, special attention must be paid to children and women, especially pregnant women, to avoid introducing animal protein suddenly. This could trigger metabolic issues affecting the heart, liver, and kidneys. Protein should be reintroduced gradually through nutrition. It’s crucial to avoid cases of diarrhea, heart palpitations, or general fatigue."

European countries seem to have forgotten that they remain parties to the JCPOA. After effectively endorsing Israeli and U.S. attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities, they are now calling for negotiations aimed at "ending" Iran’s nuclear program altogether. These positions stand in direct contradiction to the object and purpose of both the JCPOA and UNSCR 2231. Accordingly, they should not, in principle, be entitled to invoke the agreement’s Dispute Resolution Mechanism (DRM), which was established precisely to safeguard and advance the object and purpose of the JCPOA - not to subvert it.

🚨 Gaza Update Summary - Sunday June 29th, 2025 - July 2nd 2025🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸🇵🇸 In the last 4 days, IOF operations in Gaza continued to escalate in a systematic genocidal campaign reinforcing the clear pattern of targeting safe areas and aid seekers. Daily killings of aid seekers is a constant feature today, combined with the obliteration of entire family lineages. Over 450 martyrs have ascended in this time period. On Sunday, June 29th, 2025, several massacres were perpetrated by thee IOF, most notably in Jabalia, with 20 martyrs from the Sadiq family. Heavy belts of fire targeted eastern Gaza City, while tents in Khan Younis were directly targeted. Dozens of martyrs ascended in Jabalia, Shuja'iyya, and Tuffah, with the Sadiq family massacre in the evening, followed by a strike on the Zainab School in Jabalia. At least 80 martyrs ascended in that time. On Monday, June 30th, several more large-scale massacres took place, most notably on the Baka seaside cafeteria in western Gaza City, where 33 martyrs ascended, including a journalist, an artist, and entire families. Repeated massacres targeted aid seekers in Zaytoun (13 martyrs) and Khan Younis (13 martyrs) and "Netzarim", while a drone strike targeted journalists in a tent in the central Gaza Strip. As usual, the IOF systematically detonated schools and homes across the Strip on Monday. At night, a drone strike on the Amawi family home in central Gaza Strip resulted in 6 martyrs. Over 116 martyrs ascended on Monday. On Tuesday, July 1st, it was another day of extreme violence, marked again by targeting of aid seekers. The Abu Samra home in Zaytoun had 23 martyrs on Tuesday, and the Al-Hallaq and Zanati homes in Khan Younis had over 12. The IOF continued to bomb aid seekers at the Nabulsi and "Netzarim" corridors, resulting in 11 additional martyrs. Throughout the day, shelling did not stop in Khan Younis and eastern Gaza City. Over 142 martyrs ascended on Tuesday. On Wednesday July 2nd, and into Thursday at dawn, the massacres did not stop, targeting tents, shelters, and hospital gates. In Khan Younis, the Abu Tai'ma, Abu Rizq, and Abu Assi families were wiped out, with over 10 martyrs. At the Nabulsi roundabout, 6 aid seekers were martyred and 100 wounded. In Gaza City, a strike on the Awqaf building resulted in 16 martyrs from the Gharabali family. A strike on the Hafez School (shelter) in Rimal resulted in 13 martyrs. A drone strike in Nusseirat resulted in 9 martyrs, which was immediately followed by a strike on a falafel stand, resulting in 6 more martyrs in a horrific scene. In Khan Younis, a strike on the Abu Assi home resulted in the martyrdom of a mother, father, and their four children, with 13 martyrs total. The IOF also announced a new operation in the Gaza Strip. 131 martyrs ascended today, at least. #GazaSummary
