@vdmempire Person way you marry for Nigeria, wan divorce you for UK court and you no smart enough to refuse that. Drag her back home to start the divorce process in Nigeria. Nigeria court will frustrate her if her grounds for divorce holds no water.

Sabinus thought he was smart. He thought that his wife truly loved him, so he built a 4 Bedroom bungalow for his wife's parents in Isiokpo, granted her desire of living in London after she complained that the mansion he built in Port Harcourt is polluting Port-Harcourt atmosphere. He saw her through her education to her masters level in the United Kingdom after she graduated from Uniport. According to him, he spent over £50,000 pounds monthly to keep her and their kid comfortable in London. Before Okoko could realise, his wife, Ciana Chapman, filed for divorce and took Sabinus to court in the UK over allegations of infidelity, neglect of their child, and domestic abvse. When I said that men are in love while weemen are in business, some men will come out to argue, saying that his woman is different. When I tell men that weemen are loyal to their feelings and they don't care about your sacrifice, SIMple men doubt me. When I tell men that during divorce, weemen don't ask for more love from their men or how to settle their differences, instead they ask for their man's assets and money, SIMple men think am just creating content. When I tell men never to invest in a woman, send or take their Nigerian wife or girlfriend abroad, they say I talk from a place of pain. But every day weemen keeps proving my teachings right. Is God not wonderful?. The only time a man learn lesson is when he sees his grave with his own eyes. A man was meant to breath the harsh dust of Sahara desert. I have no pity for Sabinus because the red flags were there but he was busy looking at her nyash, beauty and pvccy.

" Our formation had over 200 soldiers but when the Boko Haram terrorists arrived, several soldiers fled. Only 36 soldiers including the base commander remained. Four were beheaded. " When the GOC came, instead of commending our courage and resilience, he started shouting at us saying we did not give our best. " We asked them to provide us with MRAPs and other equipment but they refused. Even the Brigade commander could not sleep in Ngoshe when he came here the last time. He returned to Pulka. " It is not possible for the 36 soldiers that remain to face the terrorists. " As I am talking to you now , I am looking for a vehicle that will convey me to Maiduguri where I will board a commercial car to my hometown. In fact I am tired of this job." —Surviving soldier speaking to Daily Trust

@kenkenlewu @JahBlesssaint21 I see most people under this comment lacks conflict resolution skill. First if a man's presence is not recognized by both wife and mother, then there's a problem. Staying clear will cause both of them to call themselves to order.

If I were the man and saw my mum and wife fighting, I wouldn’t get in the middle. I’d step aside, give them space, and find somewhere else to go so the tension doesn’t escalate. After a few minutes, I’d call each of them individually to check if they’ve cooled down. If either of them starts complaining or trying to pull me into the argument again, I’d calmly switch off my phone and wait until the next day. I would not try to solve the issue while emotions are high. I know that trying to mediate in the heat of the moment often makes things worse. Both of them need time to calm down before I can address the problem rationally. Once they’re calm, I’d bring them together for a respectful conversation, listen to both sides, and help guide them toward understanding. My goal wouldn’t be to take sides but to restore peace and prevent future conflicts.

Super Eagles goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, just did what many Africans and Europeans would never do — and it even prompted a U.S. man to swear he would carry all Nigerians free of charge. While on vacation in the U.S., he met a taxi driver who had once picked him up from the airport, now homeless and now living in the street after losing everything to a robbery and eventually lead to eviction. Touched by his story, Stanley asked him to wait, then went to a dealership, bought him a brand-new taxi, and also got him an apartment. The man was overwhelmed by the unexpected kindness and, in his excitement, vowed to carry all Nigerians free of charge — but Stanley humbly told him not to. © Daughter of Sarah TV

This God must be very useless to torment a human being like that. If you have to wait for 23 years for God to bless you with 6 children all born at once at your old age when you should be making retirement plans then that God is sick in the brain. That is a curse not a blessing.

Yesterday, I asked my Landlord's son if I could plug my extension at the varenda of their apartment and charge my stuffs, he agreed and set it up for me and I sat there to work. His dad, (My Landlord) came back and saw me sitting in his varenda and asked if I was working, I told him Yes. He went on to ask if I've been offered anything, like drink or snacks. I appreciated and told him I was good. He went further to ask me to come inside if I'm not comfortable outside. Omo. I declined, still telling him I was okay. At this point. Hope I'm safe. 🥹 Can Landlords be this kind? I'm not up to 2 months here yet btw.

I stopped talking to my only brother because he gave the civil service job slot to his wife instead of me. She has just 8 years left before retirement, while I finished NYSC 2 years ago and still have 30+ years ahead in the service. My brother said they only gave him one slot. Now, my husband is telling me I must either make peace with my brother or forget about him. From my DM.

I mentioned this the other day, but some people were busy defending these guys. When I said it, someone told me I don’t have street sense and that the guy should have just spoken “street” to them and they would’ve let him go. That’s a lie people tell themselves. In Lagos, it’s getting to the point where they won’t beg you for money anymore. They’ll tell you straight up: give it or get robbed. If they can do this to DJ Chicken with people around him, imagine what they’ll do to you driving alone at night. These are the same guys who shot Salo and Lil Kesh not long ago just to collect chains and valuables. This isn’t about street sense. It’s about criminals who don’t care who you are. It’s only a matter of time before they start stopping cars and robbing people at gunpoint.

Those of you defending Victor Osimhen should go back and watch his tantrums and his reaction after. After his tantrums, the coach told him to calm down and instead of calming down he asked to be substituted. While he's still on the pitch, he stops engaging the play and deliberately refuses to join in the next couple of attacking runs. After the game, he didn't also acknowledge anybody, he didn't gather around his team mates, he just walked away and moved straight to the tunnel. I saw it and I know you all saw it too but pretending here and trying to gaslight people that it's because they dislike Osimhen that's why they're speaking up is very bad. This showed Osimhen needs a psychologist because he usually lose it occasionally for no reason.

Yesterday, five NTA staff dièd in a car accident while serving this country. They gave their lives in active duty, yet your attention went elsewhere. Tinubu issued posts mourning Anthony Joshua’s friends, but not a single word for these workers. Just last week, a fire broke out on the Island, destroying billions in goods. Later on you were there to celebrate the Eyo Festival, cameras flashing, yet not even a pause, not even a stopover, to acknowledge the suffering of the people you claim to lead. No empathy. No recognition. No life is more important than another. The office you occupy, though temporary, exists to serve all Nigerians, regardless of fame or status. Selective attention is not leadership. It is hypocrisy. And come 2027, you will ask these same citizens for their votes? We go dey wait for you. Every life matters, Every Nigerian deserves the acknowledgment from the presidency, not just the celebrated few.

We cannot continue to criticize blindly. In 2024, inflation was unbearable, yet in 2025 we are already seeing a decline. Prices are easing, and the evidence is in our local markets—garri now sells for ₦800–₦850 in many areas. These facts cannot be ignored. Governance should be judged by results, not noise. If we condemn failures loudly, then honesty demands that we also commend progress. The president may not have solved everything, but where improvement exists, credit should be given. That is how accountability truly works.
