Inducible laryngeal obstruction and breathing pattern disorder are common causes of breathlessness. Multidisciplinary assessment can prevent unnecessary medication use, hospital admissions and facilitate effective management of these complex conditions. bit.ly/47tSYe1

Happy to see our research highlighted by the ERS! A key takeaway for daily practice is the need for routine airway inflammometry - not only in specialized SA clinics - as eosinophilia otherwise is overlooked in a large proportion of patients @RespBispebjerg @PluZdk @CPorsbjerg

T2 inflammation is highly prevalent, with biomarker co-expression a particular trait of severe asthma. The best treatable trait, eosinophilia, is missed in half of patients with mild–moderate and one-third with severe asthma without airway inflammometry. bit.ly/3rVPNbv

Excited to share our recent findings highlighting airway eosinophilia - and in particular eosinophil degranulation - as a key player in severe asthma patients with bronchiectasis. jaci-global.org/article/S2772-…

Really happy to share our findings on the missingness of induced sputum, which we believe calls for changes in how paired sputum samples are analysed. openres.ersjournals.com/content/early/…
