@phildelaney We have the lamb flatbread in the MORITO cookbook; the beetroot sauce is beetroot Borani also in MORITO cookbook; the chicken is marinated with harissa, yoghurt minced onion and garlic, lemon & olive oil. Lentils are simple cooked with cumin. Flatbreads made or bought. Enjoy!
