This woman was driving in parking lot and pulled up to an intersection in the parking lot, the man in the red car felt that he should have been able to proceed first but she went first.
He then proceeds to follow he onto the street and brake checks her, luckily she didn’t hit him but she then pulls into a parking lot and he follows her in and blocks her in. They exchange more words and he starts to drive off and when he was lined up with her 4 year old son in the back, the man then spits on the 4 year old little boy. There are so many things that go through your mind in a situation like this, what would you do first?

NEW: San Francisco judge Linda Colfax has released a man who fatally assaulted an 84-year-old because the prison sentence would have a "poor impact" on him.
25-year-old Antoine Watson was granted probation just two months after he was convicted of involuntary manslaughter and assault.
Watson violently assaulted Vicha Ratanapakdee in 2021, which resulted in his death just two days later.
He was acquitted of first-and second-degree murder charges and instead convicted of involuntary manslaughter.
Colfax says Watson being in prison would have a "poor impact" on him and didn't think he should be there because he "expressed remorse," according to the SF Chronicle.
Colfax is accused of hiding details from the jury in an apparent effort to help Watson escape prison time.

Jose Medina-Medina, the 26-year-old Venezuelan man accused of killing 18-year-old Loyola student Sheridan Gorman in cold blood, was robbed, beaten and shot in the head in 2018 in South America. There’s bullet fragments in his brain and a portion of a skull is missing. He is now developmentally delayed, has the education of a seven-year-old, and can’t read and write.
Prosecutors say they have overwhelming evidence of his guilt: video that shows him in a mask, gloves, and dark clothes, hiding behind a lighthouse on Lake Michigan, and shooting Gorman in the back, killing her almost instantly.
He had no connection whatsoever to Gorman.
