@ubereats_uk waited an hour for my order and then finally gets picked up at 1:24am and it gets cancelled on the way. No explanation, no compensation. Waited up all night for food that never arrived. Support was absolutely useless. Imagine I were dining in this happened.
@ubereats_uk over an hour waiting for a McDonald’s and it was cancelled!!! Absolute insane. Support is no help. Worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
@APCcustserv my delivery didn’t arrive on Friday, it’s now Saturday and I’ve had no email notifications or “sorry we missed you card”. I called the depot who said it can’t be delivered anymore. I waited in all morning, no call on the intercom and no way of tracking my delivery.
@virginmedia Internet is dropping out daily with critical error messages in the network log. Complete loss of connection every few hours. Have to jump through hoops to get through to a real person to talk to to help resolve the issue. The only options I'm giving is a reset.
@virginmedia my broadband drops out almost daily. This morning it’s dropped out at 10:00am, 10:30am, 11:20am and just now at 12:30pm. Paying more than other providers for unreliable broadband.
@Uber_Support been trying to get an issue solved through the app but keep getting automated responses as my messages aren't being ready and having to explain the problem over and over. The directions to my home on the app are incorrect so drivers keep driving to the wrong address
@nxcare waiting outside in the cold waiting for a coach that’s now expected to arrive 55 mins after it was due. Been waiting here since 2:35pm. Have a same day return so the trip isn’t even going to be worth it now.

@DPDgroup_news Driver arrived, delivered a neighbour's parcel and drove off without delivering mine (which was due 2 hours ago)! Waited in all day for nothing. DPD app GPS was the same van and I was next. Van’s just driving further away now.
