@brianlilley Brian, you should compare the returns of the CPP to an appropriate index not the stock market. We want the CPP to provide stable and predictable returns for generations, thus we need a diversified portfolio that invests in a variety of different asset classes.

The Canada Pension Plan Investment Board with billions of our pension fund under management brought in a 1% return between April 1 and June 30 this year. How did the stock market do in that time period? A lot better than 1%. cppinvestments.com

@DavidColetto Federal action is removing the right to strike for flight attendants. Therefore, at arbitration the mediator should recognize that and side with the flight attendants not @AirCanada in settling the dispute.

At that time the facilities in Knoxville were light years nicer than Daytona too. The new grandstands were probably 7-8 years later.

My top 4 would be @DAYTONA @ItsBristolBaby @MartinsvilleSwy and @NashvilleSuperS. I would like to go to @RaceSonoma and @iowaspeedway- they would be the next ones on my list.

@bitch_energy_ @A_S12 @stevephelps @NASCAR The Indy 500 was awesome! It was an amazing event. I am pleased that I was there this year as it has been on my list for a couple of decades. It was well worth the price. We had $180 seats in turn 3 about 2/3 of the way up from the first row. It was great value!!
