It's different in Denmark; there is no registration tax (normally 150–180% of the vehicle's purchase price) on EVs, and no tax on charging either, in order to incentivize people to buy them. The project is estimated to create a £15 billion deficit in public finances over a 10-year period leading up to 2030. I don't suppose anyone thinks that £15 billion is something the government is just going to forget about. So yeah, we are now looking forward to road pricing everywhere on top of the steepest transport taxation in the world

How far will €10 get you in an #ICE 🆚 #BEV at today's prices in #Denmark? I've added an extra bar (tax-free) to show how little of a difference it would make if taxes were totally removed from #petrol and #diesel ⛽️ Home charging ⚡️ still makes #ICE look bad and inefficient.

@Billerrr1 Percentage misses on tiny absolute numbers often exaggerate the story and don’t reflect real economic impact. In nominal dollars… it’s pennies.

$AIRO Earnings — Bearish 🐻 AIRO Reports Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2025 Results Revenue: • Actual: $48.3 million (Q4 2025) • vs Consensus/Guidance: N/A (no consensus provided, but strong vs. prior periods) • YoY Change: +21.66% ($48.3M in Q4 2025 vs. $39.7M in Q4 2024) • QoQ Change: +666.67% ($48.3M in Q4 2025 vs. $6.3M in Q3 2025, with ~$20M shift) EPS: • Actual: $0.00 (break-even results for Q4 2025) • vs Consensus: $0.10 • Beat/Miss: -$0.10 (-100% miss) • YoY Change: Improved from a net loss of $(0.8) million in Q4 2024 to break-even. Key Metrics: • Net Income/Loss: Break-even results ($0.0 million) for Q4 2025; $(4.1) million loss for FY 2025 • Gross Margin: 61.4% (Q4 2025) • Cash Position: $74.4 million as of December 31, 2025 • R&D Expense: N/A (not explicitly stated as a line item) • G&A Expense: N/A (not explicitly stated as a line item) Guidance: The Company expects full-year 2026 revenue growth between 15% and 25% year over year, supported by approximately $150 million in consolidated backlog as of March 31, 2026, expected to convert in the next 12 months. Bull Case: + Strong Q4 2025 revenue growth, with over 21% year-over-year increase and a massive sequential jump from Q3, indicating strong demand. + Positive 2026 revenue guidance of 15%-25% growth, backed by a significant $150 million backlog, provides future visibility. + Strategic operational milestones, including Blue UAS certification target, new partnerships, and recent contract wins, position the company for long-term growth. Bear Case: − Significant EPS miss: The reported break-even EPS of $0.00 is a 100% miss compared to the analyst consensus of $0.10, which will be the primary driver of immediate negative price action. − Declining gross margins: Gross margin dropped from 69.9% in Q4 2024 to 61.4% in Q4 2025, signaling pressure on profitability. The severe EPS miss against consensus will likely dominate the immediate stock reaction, leading to a significant sell-off at market open. While revenue growth and strong forward guidance offer some long-term optimism, day traders should focus on the immediate negative impact of the profitability miss and declining margins. #earnings #trading Not financial advice. 'BREAKS MY HEART': California Gov. Gavin Newsom bashes Elon Musk, calling him "one of the great disappointments" in the modern era. The Democrat, who called the billionaire innovator "the Edison of our time," also claimed in a new interview that the Tesla leader has "put the brakes on his own innovation" and is allowing China to overtake the U.S. in the electric vehicle space.

@QualCompounders I think the short answer is yes. Their inherent focus and business is different. Block has entered modern banking - haven’t looked much at $SHOP and $PYPL, but they seem nowhere that territory.

Any thoughts on Block $XYZ My thinking: Block is building a closed-loop ecosystem where they own the customer (Cash App), the merchant (Square), and the credit (Afterpay). It’s the Amex model, but for the next generation (and for low and middle class). The kicker? Instead of using "elite status" as the barrier to entry, they’re leveraging real-time data like direct deposits and purchase history. It’s a digital full-stack bank camouflaged as a mass-market lifestyle app. By eliminating information asymmetry via real-time data, Block’s closed ecosystem enables lower interest rates and fewer defaults than traditional banking. Also, they’re capturing users earlier than any legacy bank. They lock in people early, and own the customer throughout their financial journey - huge customer lifetime value. Very bullish on Block long term.

lmfao fucking genius move by Apple. Siri now becomes the #1 AI model without ever running its own model or spending a dollar on training 😂 let me explain: - Claude, chatgpt, gemini can now plug into Siri’s 2.5 billion users - so Siri becomes the default interface for AI chatbots = gets ALL the credit - Apple will likely tax 30% of all chatgpt, claude subs via appstore = more $$$$$ - Apple becomes the distribution layer for everyone else’s AI. taxes the app layer - oh and apple STILL HAS ACCESS to gemini’s model weights to build their own fucking foundation model 😂 silver lining for anthropic: they’ve been behind in consumer users - now apple gives them access to 2.5B of them 👍🏽👍🏽 the AI economy will run on ios and apple and they barely lifted a finger to do it genius

#dkpol #fv26

Wow. The "far-right" Danish People’s Party just tripled their seats in Denmark’s parliamentary election. They had the largest gain of any party. They ran on strict non-Western immigration controls to "preserve Danish culture, national cohesion, and the welfare state."

@Luffydude1 @Geiger_Capital No. Venstre (Left) is center-right and Liberal Alliance is right-wing (pro-free market, lower taxes, less regulation). Danish "left" is just further left overall due to the welfare state baseline. Not all leftist.

The market just discounted the toll booths of the global economy. $V • -14% YTD • ~13% EPS growth • 23x P/E (vs 27x avg) $MA • -13% YTD • ~16% EPS growth • 26x P/E (vs 32x avg) These businesses don’t take credit risk. They just take a cut of every transaction. Volumes still rising. Margins still elite. Yet valuations are falling. What changed?

It's great news - directly creating shareholder value. It's good business to buy back shares when the company is cheap, and it's good to sell shares when its expensive. RKLB has an enormous valuation. Hence, acquiring revenue streams at ~15x multiples creates instant multiple arbitrage - accretive revenue folds in at RKLB's 70x valuation.

@ItsAPingWing @TalismanTom @rijkhoff So, since Mercedes, VW, and Porsche share the same profit evolution (big decline), do you also see them going into debt really quickly? Profit change YoY VW Group: -44% Porsche: -91% Mercedes: -49% Tesla: -46% Funny thing is, they declined without a CEO becoming political.
