I have a friend who does this too For like 5+ years now he runs at 5 am every single day Even after heavy boozing the night before, he just runs with his phone until he gets tired. Doesn’t track at all. Only takes Sundays off. Never has a had an injury I ran with him one time and he was going insanely fast, like 5:40 pace which was a jog I made him sign up for a half marathon (he’s never done a race before) He came in 4th, 1:11 Said he’ll never do a race again, but still runs everyday without tracking Some people are built different
