@S1589435S @sf6068597857211 @syogeki_channel You’re pretty much back to normal after about 20 minutes. The intense 10 minutes followed by a bit of residual weirdness for another 10 minutes.

@RightontheFence @sf6068597857211 @syogeki_channel After the 10 minutes are you completely back to normal or do you still feel the after effects ?

JUST IN: Manhattan attorney sobs in court as he is sentenced in $4.4 million COVID fraud scheme.
Bryan McKenna was accused of siphoning money to fund his romance with his CEO girlfriend and for his son's mental health.
Assistant DA Jonathan Borle said McKenna used funds on his girlfriend, the CEO of AstZen Group, Duni Zenaye.
"Elkay Plastics, a packaging manufacturer and distributor, had contacted AstZen Group to buy 500,000 boxes of medical-grade latex gloves to use as PPE during the COVID-19 pandemic, and placed the $4.45 million into an escrow account run by McKenna," the New York Post reported.
"The attorney in January 2021 had agreed to hold the funds in escrow until AstZen Group shipped the gloves, but by April, he had drained the account dry, according to the indictment against him."
Prosecutors say McKenna used the money to further a romantic relationship and "benefit his personal life."
"I did these crimes, I deserve to go to jail… I don’t know what else to say for myself," McKenna said in court.
He was sentenced to between 2 and 6 years.

The driver filming this is getting absolutely roasted online for sharing.
Is he wrong for not honking to save them? Or since when is it your responsibility to be the eyes for the driver beside you?

Chicago’s students are about to pay the price because a bloc of aldermen are opposingthe Protecting Chicago budget.
Let’s be clear about what that means:
A “no” vote is a voteagainst progress, against safety, andagainst the schools our communities rely on. And it’s a voteforthe billionaires and wealthy corporations who’ve profited while elected officials have drained resources from Black and brown neighborhoods for decades.
Parents and community members across Chicago can already see the impact. CTU’s Protecting Chicago Schools Calculator shows exactly what each school stands to lose if their alder sides with wealthy corporations instead of our young people.(protectingchicagoschools.com)
Alders have a choice: Protect Chicagoans from cuts and higher taxes on our families and invest in our young people, OR side with the wealthy billionaires and make the city more unaffordable.
Chicago deserves leaders who stand with us, not with ultra-wealthy corporations.

Mayor Brandon Johnson reminded Chicago exactly who’s been draining this city: the ultra-wealthy corporations that received massive Trump-era tax cuts — while working families got cuts to SNAP, Medicaid, and the basic services they rely on.
He made it clear that in a moment when the president is“declaring war on poor people,”the last thing Chicago should do is raise property, grocery, or garbage taxes on working-class families — the very taxes some aldermen are pushing.
The Protecting Chicago Budget charts a different path. It invests in people, protects working-class neighborhoods, and demands that corporations finally pay their fair share. As the Mayor said,“This budget tells a story of abundance. There’s more than enough for everyone.”
Aldermen voting against this budget are siding with billionaires and ultra-wealthy corporations. We demand that they protect Chicago, its schools and its families instead.
Call your alder today and tell them to vote on the side of working-class Chicagoans — and pass the Protecting Chicago budget.

Please take a moment to thank the UAE for designating US-based CAIR as a terrorist organization. This is Noora Shalash, Director of Government Affairs for CAIR-Kentucky. She chased, assaulted, and threatened Jews inside a Midtown Manhattan building while yelling, "I demand Jihad, I want ISIS to kill all of you” and “I am conspiring with Hamas.” A USA ban on CAIR is way overdue.
English

Greg Abbot called CAIR, the largest Muslim civil rights organization, a “terrorist organization” and said Muslims are a “threat to our freedom.”
The normalization of anti-Muslim hate speech is vile.
This bigot should have no place in elected office.
