@InPostUK Hi. I have 2 parcels that were sent to me collected by the courier on 16th and 19th September. Neither tracking has updated and both still remain at 'collected by courier' on the app. A more recent parcel was collected by the courier and is already at the warehouse. Please advise

@Riley_Nickers Hi there Nicola, nothing about the process of parcels arriving to their destination has changed at this time. When they arrive, the buyer will still receive notice. At this time, if parcels haven't arrived yet, it's likely due to the above delays. Thank you!

@nextofficial received a text that my home item is out for delivery and my 2hr time slot. Live tracking showed it was one stop away. Then receive a notification that due to a loading issue delivery will be rescheduled. So it was a lie and it was never out for delivery then? 😞

@tescobankhelp is your app and website down as i am unable to log in on either. The app just crashes after my thumbprint but the website says unable to log on. The app is upto date and my Android software is also upto date. Signal is also not an issue.

@WW_Direct @rowlinglibrary Nobody can do it like MinaLima, sorry but nothing comes close. We brought the books for the artwork and the quirky vibe, we don't want some other person trying to minic that art. @Scholastic

Scholastic has issued a statement on the MinaLima news. They will continue to publish illustrated, interactive editions of the HARRY POTTER books but with new illustrator for the 4th book. More details to be announced at a later date. (via @rowlinglibrary)

@sleuthtimelord @WW_Direct @minalima Sure there will be more illustrated books but not in the unique exquisite style of MinaLima. Those books are works of art. @Scholastic messed up massively!

MinaLima (@minalima) has not been commissioned to illustrate HARRY POTTER and the Goblet of Fire. Their series of illustrated books ends with the third volume.

@NightMagic191 @minalima @Scholastic @BloomsburyBooks Especially since this is now the second incidence of an illustrated editions being discontinued partway though. I for one, will not buy another illustrated edition until such time as all the books have been completed.

@RaspberryWeiner It's definitely a grind. I've gone from 1 to 7 on the quest the last few days. But i have spent 3 days travelling through 3 large towns and multiple smaller towns, probably clicking on no less than 200 stops each day and found just 2 each day.

@EE £30 a month for 2mbps broadband speed 😔. Never had great speeds but 2mbps is a joke. Dial up was faster! Unable to stream. Have to step outside and use my mobile data... is there no guaranteed minimum speed?
