Yes we do have such places in abundance across Himachal, Uttarakhand, Kashmir, Northeast and even parts of the Western Ghats. But unfortunately we don’t have the civic sense to keep or maintain them as is. If we start teaching our children that sense of responsibility and respect for nature from a young age, it will still take generations to preserve these spots properly. Till then, we’ll keep admiring clean versions from abroad while slowly turning our own paradise into a mess. 😔
