@HMRCcustomers what is the best way to get in touch about a Tax rebate query? I’ve been due one since August and requested but have heard nothing other than than it’s in progress online. I think 4 months is a long time to wait for this?

@EdinburghTrams you are currently selling tickets from the airport to city centre but not running a service… advertised to take the bus after purchasing tickets at a £2 premium. If you aren’t providing a service you shouldn’t be selling tickets.
