If I was a pool service, pest control, or any other route-based recurring business owner I would have the nastiest automations tied to new home sales in my service area. If any of those services knocked on my door right now in my new place I’d sign up on the spot. Zero question.

I talked to a guy the other day making 6 figures while still working his 9-5. You don’t have to quit your job to have a killer side hustle! Here’s the story: He was looking for something for his wife to do In 2022 he was still working his w2 and bought a smaller bounce house and rented it out 10 times by end of the year Start up cost was $1200 for the bounce house and $100 for the dolly ONLY advertising on FB market place By 2023 he saw potential and bought 3 more bounce houses… then 2 more It was summer now and people asking for water slides. So he bought water slides By end of the year had 8 houses 45k revenue in 2023 2024 he dove in and went big. He started experimenting with bigger stuff He said “Anyone can do a small bounce house. But very few people that do bigger houses” 2024 ended up doing about 90k with 230 rentals 2025 - 122k and brought in 75k profit Can anyone do this? YES. If you can stay under a certain weight, you can load these in the back of anything Biggest thing to think through— how many deliveries can you do in a day? Especially if it’s just a weekend biz. Now, he’s still working a w2 and fits bounce house biz into that His bread and butter house he charges $450 / day and delivery on top of that. Blown away by what @jeshoopes has done!

✨🇨🇳In China, first-grade children are having a math competition on an interactive whiteboard. They compete in a fun game by solving arithmetic problems, making math learning super engaging!

There's a roofer in my area and I see his fb ads each week. His tagline: 'Free gutters with a new roof' He's been doing this for years. Simple dumb offers win.
