Just locked in another $2,000/month office. Should net around 45-50% on this one every month. Office cleaning is a cheat code

I posted up at Home Depot to ask strangers how much money they were making off of stuff they were loading into their trucks. It did not disappoint. This is the first video of a longer series I’m doing. Would love your feedback on the video concept.

@pestctrlguy Have you tried getting referrals from the GC included in the closing package or do you not see an upside in that? ?

@MikeyPesto How much work is done on your part for these events? Are you ever just the marketing side of it or do you always participate in the actual event?

Demand to partner with Catskill Crew for events has never been higher and the turnouts have never been bigger. The latest was announced on Monday and sold out in less than 8 hours. So we added another night and announced on Tuesday — that one sold out even faster. IRL IRL IRL

Don't mind me... Just vibecoding a copywriter's best friend with AI: I made a lead scraper app with Claude Code to instantly find high-paying clients in any niche. • No more spending hours on prospect hunting • No more wasting time creating free value outreaches on broke leads • No more manually verifiying niche, company size, company age, following size, if they're running ads, etc. • No more wondering if they have an email list you can actually write email copy for Get 1 hour of prospecting done in 1 minute with SnipeKit. Let me know in the comments if you'd use this. 👇

@EmpiresPod_ Amazing episode! The coffee chain industry is wild right now. Also, can confirm the Dutch Bros experience is worth it

Darren Spicer's 1st job was as a barista at Dutch Bros. 2 months ago, they bought his coffee chain for $20M: Originally on track to be a Dutch Bros franchisee, he was 9 months into their 12 month qualifying program. But then Dutch Bros stopped franchising. Darren was sh*t out of luck. But he was to obsessed with the drive-thru coffee model to call it quits. So he founded his own chain (with 2 partners), and opened the 1st Clutch Coffee in 2018. He lived in California, but opened in North Carolina, and would spend 22 out of 30 days each month in NC. Fast forward to January of this year, he had 20 stores open when Dutch Bros acquired his company. Full conversation live on all platforms (Spotify, Apple, YouTube).

Crazy story. A guy in Hampton shared this. He gave me permission to share: A kid in Michigan started a snack company in his family's basement when he was 13 with his family. 12 years later: - $35M in revenue - 120+ employees - #1 food brand on TikTok Shop - In 40,000+ stores (Walmart, Target, etc.) His name is JT. He's only 25 years old! The brand is called Pop Daddy. They make pretzels, popcorn, and kettle chips.

@StumpGuyTy Genius! Huge fan of the podcast route. Do you think some actually do it for the money or is it mostly a nice gesture to show you're serious ?

Two things I do to learn more about any type of business: 1. Look up the business type in a Podcast app search bar. You will find tons of interviews with business owners in that business which is a great place to start. 2.) Email/Call/LinkedIn message owners of that type of business out of state. Since you are not competing with them they are way more likely to help you. (Make sure to offer to pay for their time.) Attached in the comments is my first email I ever sent to a stump grinding business in West Virginia in July of 2024. We had multiple meetings and he helped me a ton to get this thing off the ground!

Is pest control the best model? A tech can service two homes an hour including drive time with good route density. Image below is 500 customers in a town of 6,300 households in case you thought drive time was unrealistic. Charge $135 per house. $270 an hour. That’s not happening as nobody has a 100% billable hour rate and we warranty all recurring services. Actual math: Tech works 10 hours a day. Services 15 productive jobs (15x$135= $2,025) and does 2-5 free reservices. Labor is entry level. Techs need some training and to work under a licensed individual in the company and that’s basically it. With that, a lot of companies pay $20-$25 for new hires across the US. $400k in revenue serviced by $50k in labor. To top it off, labor is the biggest cost for most pest control companies! Every building is a customer. Residential and commercial. Mass mail, door hangers, door knocking, billboards, online ads, etc. always land in front of potential customers. Unlike dog poop scooping where only some people have dogs, everyone that lives in a home or works in a building has bugs. Add on services are all over: - mosquito, flea and tick - mice - termites - wildlife - bed bugs - insulation Private equity knows this and that’s why they are paying 2-4x on REVENUE to get in the game. So, why aren’t more people doing this? Licensing takes a few years of industry experience. That barrier keeps competition low. Another plus for those of us in the game. Pest control is the best model you can find. Nobody has been able to convince me otherwise.

You won't believe these 3 wins my copywriting students had in January: [Images attached] -------------------- 1) Chris G. published a copywriting book on the Apocalypse 2) Austin H. landed a $1,500 copy client in person (and the guy paid him all the cash on the spot) 3) Alenna J. got her first $1,000/month email retainer in her very first month as a copywriter FIRST UP: -------------------- #1) Chris G. published a BRAND NEW copywriting book But it’s not your typical copy book. It’s all about the surviving the apocalypse… with copywriting! I already read a snippet of the book, and it’s hilarious. For context, Chris is an insane copywriter. He’s managed email lists of 50,000-100,000+ before and has been in the game for years! You can get it here if you want - super cheap just $11.99 on Amazon (available in Kindle as well). He didn’t ask me to do this and I’m not getting paid to promote it - I’m just super stoked on his book. -------------------- #2) Austin H. just pitched a client at his gym and the guy paid him $1,500 cash on the spot It’s one thing to close a copywriting client. It’s another for that client to pay in full up front. And it’s a whole new experience for that client to pay $1,500 cash up front the moment you pitch them. I’ve personally never experienced this. But Austin has. And I’m stoked for him! You can just CREATE money from thin air with copywriting. -------------------- #3) Alenna J. landed her first $1,000/month retainer… in her first month as a copywriter Then there’s Alenna. She’s brand new to copywriting. First month in. She joined the Six-Figure Copy Academy with zero previous copywriting experience. I recommended she reach out to her network: friends and family. She did. And turns out someone in her family owns an ecom company. So we put together a pitch to take over email. She presented it. And they said yes. $1,000/month. Locked in. And that’s for just 4 emails a month! -------------------- Are you ready to level up as a copywriter? But, maybe you can’t afford my $1,900/month 1:1 coaching? Then join the Six-Figure Copy Academy for just $3.96/day. Just click my link in bio to join. You’ll get my entire freelance copywriting system (90 day course), weekly coaching calls with me, regular writing feedback, and the full support and accountability of 100 dedicated copywriters.
