@RoyaleWivCheese @columtyrrell Yeah, a tour is their fanbase. They are funny, but stand up is just American culture. Jimmy Carr does okay in America, and a few others, but panel shows are their sweet spot. It's okay, it's not a bad thing.

Jacob Ramsey sent off for 2nd yellow for diving... but I'm not sure it's a dive. It looks like more of a fall after he'd decided against diving.

@Chels1an You make it about 25cm but use a coaches challenge. So you leave play going like now if it's close and the linesman ultimately puts his flag up or keeps it down. You are allowed 1 challenge a half on if you think that decision was right or not. If its out/inside 25cm it's changed

Starting to think the only "fix" for offside in the VAR era is applying a thicker line/tolerance, use that 5cm tolerance Only thing I can think that eradicates surgically close calls and preserves the spirit of the law Of course then 6cm offside calls become surgically close...

@koomzynufc If you remember what happened in the summer they tried to sign Pedro, Ekitike, Delap and Sesko and failed. That’s why they ended up with Wissa and Woltemade. There was nobody left on the market at the end of August

There was a moment in the first half yesterday when Nick Woltemade ducked out of a header. Brilliant cross to the far post from Gordon and he just stood there. Didn’t attack it, didn’t look like he wanted to compete for it. You can’t do that as a centre forward in the Premier League. No touches in the opposition box against Everton. No shots. His stats are damning him as a striker now. In midfield, before that, he turned and turned and turned in possession and lost the ball deep in his own half. He doesn’t win tackles, headers and he can’t run. He’s not a midfielder either. But I still think there is a good player in there. He looks low on confidence, he looks shattered too. This is his first season in England. Patience is needed but that’s in short supply at the moment. He’s not to blame for Newcastle’s problems but he is a problem. People saying he has to play as a CF are ignoring the fact he has been totally ineffective in that position for months #nufc

Newcastle have earnt around £80m from UCL so far £4 x 50,000 home capacity = £200k. Thats the extra money gained off gate receipts. £200k is 0.0025% of what we’ve earned in the UCL this season. They cannot justify this £4 increase. Disgrace from the club. Pure greed. #nufc

@owenthfc__ That's why I say open draw after the league stage... only use the league table to decide home and away in the playoff and RO16.. other than that, open draw, open season... Like a team that finished 7th has an easier RO16 than a team that finished 3rd to 6th!!

Proves that league format means fuck all. Came 4th out of 36 teams & we still face Atletico while teams who came 23rd got easier games than us.
