🚨For me to back Howe next season a number of things has to happen.... A new No.2 - He needs a new voice on the touchline with fresh ideas. Leave transfers to Ross Wilson and just coach players coming in, don't want to see players like, Delap, Solanke, Tavernier, Trafford, Hill signed. Need to bring in technical players who can keep the ball and create opportunities. Needs to have more than 1 formation and style of play, don't want to see the 4-3-3 rigid tactics again. Needs to be proactive in game and not wait for things to happen before changing things. Needs to sell players at the right time and not hold on to players and leave for free. #NUFC Can he do this?
