All lanes are currently held due to a multiple vehicle collision on the #M11 northbound between J5 (#Loughton) and J6 (#M25). Fire crews are on scene and are currently leading the response. There are long delays of at least 50 minutes above usual journey times on the approach.

@Harrods why is only one person working on ‘the patisserie’ when there is a massive queue?

@Invokehazza @RoyalMail I had the same yesterday, and now they are returning to sender. Apparently they couldn’t access a hotel… CCTV at the hotel shows they never attempted delivery.

So now @RoyalMail seems to resort to lying rather than attempting to deliver packages. I was just meters from my front door for most of yesterday and apparently you attempted delivery? You clearly didn't attempt anything. Can you make your lies a little less obvious?

@EastMidRailway what sort of service are you running?. Nowhere to get water, no toilet paper in the toilets and you charge nearly £100 and then also cancel my train.
