Marylanders should not be asked to subsidize the soaring energy demands of large new data centers. As we work to build an affordable and reliable energy future, we need rules that protect families and businesses, strengthen the grid, and ensure that the biggest new contributors to growth pay their fair share.

@Tesla It really doesn’t. It makes that drive interminable when you have to keep pushing the accelerator to stop the car going 20 below the speed limit! 🇦🇺🦘

@chamath A state can't go bankrupt. You should know this before posting. Texas also has a pension problem but they dont guarantee theirs so sorry to future pensioners. Their Healthcare is lower as well. That will get cut too. Texas is funded by oil so that will be a problem soon.

California will be bankrupt by 2030. If you’re expecting a state pension, it is at risk. If you don’t believe it, check Grok or Gemini and explore how California politicians changed the reporting rules on your pension so they could hide how underwater it is. The middle class citizens of California will soon be asked to pay a huge price to bail out the state. Why them? Because that is where most of the wealth of California resides. It’s easy to single out “billionaires” but there aren’t many of them and they can and will all leave before the bottom falls out. They are leaving in droves already. The mismanagement in California is biblical - and the scale is huge because it’s the world’s 4th largest economy. California politicians and their henchmen are now entering the coverup phase where they can no longer hide their financial incompetence so they are taking from average California residents to try and hide what they’ve done: You will soon see ballot initiatives with fancy tiles like “billionaire tax”. But those are lies. They are mechanisms to tax everything, every way: Excise taxes Wealth taxes Private property confiscation It’s all happening now. If you want to preserve California, you will need to stand up because California has become a kleptocracy.

BREAKING - A 92-page report by the California State Auditor has found that over $70 billion in taxpayer funds have been lost, including $2.5 billion in SNAP fraud, $24 billion on fighting homelessness, and $18 billion for a high-speed rail where not a single track has been laid.

How to Open the Model Y Rear Doors in an Emergency This is a issue I hear a lot about so I thought I'd do a brief informational video about how to open rear doors in a Tesla Model Y in case of emergency and the electric door opening switches are not functional. I hear this enough that I think this is a subject you might want to let passengers or family members know about. It's pretty easy, but if you haven't seen this before, it might not be obvious in an emergency. I do know Tesla is looking into a design chance for this but I am not sure when this will be incorporated.

Isn’t it sad, if not damning, that institutional shareholders rely on proxy firms to tell them how they should vote?Index funds do no fundamental research, yet dominate institutional voting. Index-based investing is a form of socialism. Our investment system is broken.

Having previously called the Delaware court’s decision “un-American,” @CathieDWood continues to defend Elon Musk’s 2018 pay package and urges the appeals court to “do the right thing" in a new "The Brainstorm." Watch now!

@jamesdouma FSD is out there, it can't be bargained with, it can't be reasoned with, it doesn't feel pity or remorse or fear, and it absolutely will not stop… EVER

FSD can see more than you can. Black clad pedestrians crossing unlit streets. Sunny day shadows hiding road debris. The outline of a stopped car in a gray foggy downpour. A stop sign with the sun behind it. A dirty windscreen. This stuff is easier for the car than it is for us. We human drivers know our limitations but our intuition about the limits of seeing is wrong. The cars see much better than we can. And beyond seeing things, FSD's *perception* exceeds ours as well. It judges speeds and positions more quickly and more precisely. It can identify and track objects at greater distance. It pays attention to hundreds of things at the same time and in all directions at once. It has faster reflexes and knows precisely how fast it's reflexes are. It never gets distracted. It never even blinks.
Yun-Ta Tsai@yunta_tsai

Imagine the same technique applied to autonomous vehicles. Human eyes are not capable to capture the details of frosty airflow of Superheavy cryogenic tank and 33 Raptor engine ignition at the same time. They will be blind. But modern camera sensors can. That is exactly why we feed RAW, aka “Photon Count”, directly to our networks.

@DrKnowItAll16 @Tesla_AI I agree you should get it. Picking a smallish group of certain influencers is not fair. But at least you can get it. I would like ver 12.7 with some much needed fixes. Anything at this point.

Tesla team, I know you’re likely delaying FSD 14.1 rollout due to phantom braking and that’s great—but I’d like to submit a request to get this version on my model Y. As a researcher and engineer I’d actually love to understand where it is now. Thanks! @Tesla_AI

@jamesdouma @DrKnowItAll16 can you guys do a video on the AI model sparsity or quantization that James mentioned over a month ago? As a HW3 owner, I want to know if it is possible to get ver14 in the future. After three years of updates, it is frustrating to sit and watch.
