All sorted. Instead of being totally messed about for over a week by @Plusnet when trying to transfer my Domain name, I contacted Nominet who had it sorted in about 5 minutes. My domain is thankfully now transferred away from Plusnet and working beautifully with my new providers.

@NPASLondon Thanks for prompt response. Understand, but we used to get things like "Flying over Streatham assisting Lambeth police on the ground". I am sure people being 'hunted' already know you are there and why.
