Who says coloring books are just for kids? This Places Poo Goes companion coloring book was created with stress relief, smiles, and a little silliness in mind — because sometimes adults need a break too. 📷 30 pages of relaxing, screen-free coloring 📷 A gentle way to unwind and quiet the mind 📷 Lighthearted illustrations that don’t take life too seriously Coloring has been shown to help reduce stress, improve focus, and promote calm — and honestly, who couldn’t use a little more of that? Whether you’re: • An adult who loves coloring • A parent coloring with your child • Someone who just needs a peaceful, playful moment This book is a reminder that it’s okay to slow down, laugh a little, and color outside the lines. Sometimes life gets messy… and that’s where the fun begins 📷📷 Amazon.com : the places poo goes coloring book #writerscommunity #ShamelessSelfpromoThursday #childrensbooks #pottyhumor #wineandcoloring #noscreentime #getyourstoday #funstories

And I want to know what you think we have been doing for the last 40-45 years ourselves. We also worked 40 to 50 hours a week. Some of us work two jobs some more. And we subsidized the generation before us as well. I think your anger should be more turned toward the people who have been not working their whole entire lifetimes and we're subsidized by the government. Their whole entire lifetimes never contributing anything to society. What about those people? Cuz we have plenty of them too. They are the biggest strain on our tax dollars. I think your anger should be directed at them, not people who in fact also worked and subsidized the generation ahead of them

Actually, I think it should be the opposite. Property taxes are used to fund schools, sporting events, town functions. At this point, seniors do not require the use of any of those services (paid for them all when their kids were in school) families require the use of those services. Seniors should pay the same rate of property tax but they should get the discounts. And they should be taxed on what they actually paid for the house and not what Zillow lists it as.

@EHPlimsoll1 Well, you don't "single them out" in the sense they *literally* pay more based on age. You just give tax discounts to people with minor dependents.

I have a 5 bedroom ranch, it's not big by today's standards 1500 sq ft. As my kids moved out, I changed 1 bedroom to an office and 1 bedroom to a walk in closet with a washer and dryer. So much better than walking up and down to the basement. The mortgage has been paid for a couple of years. Our town property taxes are low in comparison to others. And I will tell you, there is NOTHING that brings me more joy than to have my grandson call me on the phone and say "Mimi, can my friends and I stay over tonight?" And I say "Of course!" and in walks 10 football players, big big boys. And it gives me so much joy that I have room for all those big boys to sleep! That is why I won't downsize. And at any given time, should the economy really hit the shitter and one of my family members need a place to stay. My door is always open.

@revenant_MMXX I cannot tell you how many 60 + people I've met who are in a home with room for a family of 6 and they're just using the house as a storage unit. It makes me sick

Nancy Mace is spot on here, seniors should NOT have to pay property taxes! Things that should be included: 🚨 - Being 60 or older. - Living in the home as a primary residence. - Meeting residency/time-in-home requirements. Supporters say: 🚨 - Seniors on fixed incomes are getting priced out by rising assessments. - People who already “paid off” homes still face perpetual taxes. - It helps seniors age in place instead of being forced to move. - It could reduce senior homelessness and displacement.

44% of US homeowners are older than 60 She is effectively asking you to put 100% of the local county services tax burden on 56% of the people—people who are also still in the workforce paying income taxes, mortgages, and daycare tuition This is horrible policy

@a43767796 @cwebbonline You should reach out to @spencerpratt and ask to be his new person in charge of homelessness. You are the first person I read that speaks so eloquently with what sounds like great solutions. And you are right, the people in charge want these people homeless.

Pratt is correct, something I know personally, being homeless myself for a while. Most homeless are addicts, mentally ill, or homeless by choice. Those of us with bad luck or poor choices are a small minority, and most of us in that group are no longer homeless. The core problem is not funding for the "homeless problem," now cleverly worded as "unhoused," as if the issue would be resolved by government intervention building homes. This solution allows politicians and bureaucrats access to a heap of taxpayer cash which they'll siphon to themselves while allowing the "unhoused" to grow so they can maintain the cash flow. Related scams: daycare in Minnesota, hospice in Los Angeles. The homeless problem can be fixed quickly. Address each person individually. Addict? Send to rehab. Mentally ill? Institutionalize. Want to live apart from the normal rules of society? A free ride to the city limits, or vagrancy arrest. Hard luck? Massive assistance with close oversight. Also tear down camps, stop street tents from being set up, sweep the streets, and make it clear the community belongs to residents. The current system allowing homeless to live on the streets is the opposite of compassion. No one should be on the streets. But there are people in positions of power who want it.

The level of disdain Spencer Pratt has for the unhoused is disgusting. And if you’re fine with this kind of talk, I don’t want to know you. Josh Haskell: “What are your plans for the over 40,000 homeless people in Los Angeles?” Spencer Pratt: “Well, they’re not homeless. They’re drug addicts. Most of these people are addicted to fentanyl and meth… They are choosing to be on the streets because they want to do drugs. They don’t want rules. They don’t want to listen. They want to have animals to abuse.”

This shirt used to be tight on me. Now it’s basically a dress 😂👑 Sometimes it hits me out of nowhere just how much my body has changed over the last year. Not from starving myself. Not from punishment. Not from chasing skinny. From healing. From learning my body. From stabilizing my blood sugar. From finally working WITH my hormones instead of against them. There were so many moments I thought nothing was happening. But healing adds up. Quietly. Slowly. Then one day your clothes tell the story for you ❤️ Carnivore changed my life. And if you’re ready to start your carnivore journey, or you’ve just started and feel overwhelmed trying to figure everything out, download my Queen’s Free Starter Guide 👑 Link is in my bio.

It was an honor to visit your husband’s grave today on your behalf, and to pay my respects. It was wonderful to see the beautiful flowers representing many others who did the same. Our nation owes a debt of gratitude to those who made the ultimate sacrifice, and to the loved ones they left behind. Thank you for your service and sacrifice @SharrellAnne2 🙏🏽

This is probably a long shot, but if anybody happens to be in DC this weekend and plans on visiting Arlington, I would love to see a fresh photo of my husband’s grave in Section 60. SSG Alan W. Shaw Section 60, Grave 8451 B Co 1/12 Cav, 1st Cavalry Division November 10, 1975 - February 9, 2007 There’s just something about knowing people still stop by, still say his name, still remember. 🇺🇸⭐🇺🇸
