@ScottishPower @SP_EnergyPeople Your service is a disgrace. I went to visit my disabled and blind mum yesterday to see that her gas and electric was off. 5 hours I tried to gain contact with you through phone and web chat to be cut off 3 times and her house to still be w/o power.

@NHS24 been trying to get a hold of someone for the last hour for my 6 year old. Keep getting cut off at 50 seconds before even getting the chance to be on hold. Tried both WiFi and mobile network calling. I go onto NHS inform who tells me to call 111. Help!
