Pathetic product from @RockWithboAt .
I bought their flagship Nirvana X TWS on 16th March 2025.
Warranty expired on 16th March 2026. Just 2 days later- on 18th March 2026- the left side stopped charging.
Since its now out of warranty for 2 days, I cant do anything about it.

@RockWithboAt I ordered boat airdopes 301 from boat official site. I got a poor quality product as the lid of the buds' box got open stuck in single time open. I contacted boat support team through email but got no response. Order I'd 9416202. I am unable to close this lid now.

@RockWithboAt repeated service delays. The issue was resolved only after NCH Complaint No. 8765194. This clearly amounts to deficiency in service. I therefore reiterate my request for ₹15,000 monetary compensation for the inconvenience, loss of time and mental harassment caused.
