We wrote in the introduction of a manuscript that cystectomy/neobladder takes 3-7 hours. The reviewer stated that it "often" requires >7 hours. I think 3.5-5 hours is a "usual" time, but may go longer in exceptional cases - what do you think is a reasonable upper limit for usual?
