. Disappointment @Crompton_India. I bought a wall fan for kitchen HighSpeed Torpedo 400mm Sept 2024 (in warranty) which snapped one day in half. It was not on then or someone could have been injured. Filed complaint. No show and ghosting thereafter. Will file in consumer court.

@IndiGo6E Well, zone wise boarding was not followed by your staff. No queues system. Jostling & pushing happened as a result. Will you take action against staff who don’t follow protocols? I have given details.

What’s going on @IndiGo6E ? Flight 6584 MOPA to Blr there was no zone wise boarding (asked staff he said it was because of ‘bus boarding’ pls explain? Surely zone boarding for that too?) also no queues at gate - free for all. Getting more chaotic and indisciplined every day.

If passengers try to evade paying excess baggage, you should not penalise passengers who carry appropriately sized bags by subjecting them to unpleasantness from others or squishing their bags into tiny spaces. Kindly look into it @IndiGo6E now flying Nagpur - Blr.

Hello @IndiGo6E. Do ask your check-in counter staff to check & inspect passengers’ hand baggage & insist they check in larger ones. There’s limited cabin space & people carry backpacks that are XXL like suitcases. Not to mention giant sized rollon baggage.1/2

@airvistara already going downhill fast. After bungling my paid ticket transfer on 1st Sept and receiving a complaint to fix it, zero response despite escalating. No call back, no refund, no fixing the issue. Avoid booking on the airline. It’s going the AI way.
