@JustEatUK @Barayez_ @McDonaldsUK Deacon, Sarah & others via email have looked into this. They have ALL refused a refund and said that is the final decision. Hence closure of accounts and taking further steps. You get away with this because most people give up…..I will not

Day 8 and still no refund. Hi @JustEatUK and @McDonaldsUK We placed our order from McDonald's Dalston at 11 am to be delivered at 3pm, honestly that was our biggest disappointment, order came missing items, burger came with no patty, HM boxes came folded with no toys.

@JustEatUK @UberEats I have. Yourself and Sarah, plus numerous people via email, have refused a refund and said this is your final decision & you’re unable to explain why just said it’s your policy. I am now taking further steps and we will be closing 5 accounts

Update on diabolical @JustEatUK apparently they can not refund the order as I have had vouchers…some from opening the account to separate my son & myself and ones which my son and sister have had too. Back to @UberEats for all of us

@JustEatUK absolutely disgusted with Just Eat. Ordered McDonald’s on Mother’s Day and half the order was missing. They’re reply….nothing they can do & no refund

@IITR07II @JustEatUK Honestly flabbergasted with them tbh. All drinks & desserts were missing & they’re refusing to refund. 3 separate people looked at it. I’ve said if was a supermarket it would be dealt with immediately. It’s 2 weeks today I first emailed them when was missing. It’s the principle

@rzcal_ This has been going on for two weeks. Backwards and forwards with emails. I first emailed them once the delivery driver had realised on Mother’s Day.

I wouldn't be refunding a 2 week old order either tbf

I have asked @JustEatUK why I can not have a refund and had 3 replies, from 3 different people, saying they’ve looked into it and and they can not refund it…a generic message. I know this!!! No mention of why. A whole large bag of desserts and drinks. How can this be right?!
