So Virgin are saying I defaulted on a single payment of £21:00 in May 2019, ummm funny that I hadn't been in the country for 6 months, so I have a default in my credit score for nothing!! I pay my bills you'd better put it right @Virgin, defermation is a costly business!!!!

@Virgin trying to ruin someone's credit who wasn't even in the country!!! Disgusting, I didn't have a telephone account with you, I wasn't here!! Sort my £21:00 default out!! I don't owe it, you correct my good name defermation comes to mind!! It could cost you a LOT of money!!!
