I feel so demoralized as a liberal right now. The bad guys are winning and shoving it in our faces. Republicans keep gerrymandering and we just don’t do anything about it. If things don’t change republicans will have control for ever

The E. Jean Carroll case against President Trump is one of the strangest civil cases in American history. The foundational problem is this: Carroll could not identify when the alleged incident occurred — not even the year with any precision. That should have killed the case as dead as a skunk on the road right there. Without a temporal anchor, no defendant — regardless of guilt or innocence — can mount an alibi defense. Trump, who has maintained detailed calendars and staff records for decades, was denied the most basic tool of self-defense: the ability to establish where he was. That is not a technicality. It is a due process violation at the constitutional level. Then Carroll produced the one piece of physical evidence she claimed corroborated her account — the dress she wore during the alleged incident. It was subsequently established that the dress was designed after the incident could have occurred. The sole corroborating evidence falsified her timeline. The case proceeded anyway. The resulting verdict was then weaponized in a defamation suit — where Trump was held liable for denying the allegation, while being procedurally barred from defending against it, because it was already "proven" in another court, regardless how flawed the procedure was. He was punished, in effect, for asserting his own innocence. Compounding everything: coordinated professional and physical threats so thoroughly intimidated the legal community that attorneys refused these cases regardless of available fees. When you systematically destroy a defendant's ability to retain counsel of choice, you forfeit the right to a legitimate verdict. An allegation is not evidence. Process without substance is not law. And a verdict produced under these conditions carries no legitimate authority — whatever its formal status. Not only is it the right move to investigate Carroll, but every other person involved as well. Trump is owed serious damages here, and there may be a few people who belong in prison for their roles in the case.

NEW: Alabama judge suspended after being accused of delaying cases so she could walk her dogs, as well as making racial remarks against a white woman. Probate Judge Yashiba Blanchard has been smacked with a 120-page complaint accusing her of misconduct in multiple cases. In one case, Blanchard canceled a hearing, forcing a patient to remain hospitalized for two additional weeks. "This patient will now remain hospitalized for an additional two weeks solely due to the lack of timely access to the hearing process," an email from hospital staff read. "This not only prevents her from being home with her family for Thanksgiving, but it also generates unnecessary hospitalization costs and creates avoidable emotional distress for the patient." On another occasion, Blanchard allegedly made a racist comment about white chief clerk Amanda Reid. A staffer was asked by the judge if they liked Reid. When the staffer said they did, Blanchard replied: "Oh, I forgot you all like kissing white a$$.'" In another case, a clerk asked Blanchard if she could be reassigned to Birmingham because the commute made it hard for her to see her sister, who was dying of cancer. Blanchard never responded, and the clerk's sister died shortly after.

And the suspect was also a Trump supporter, Navy veteran, and super conservative that lived in that neighborhood. He had severe mental health issues following his military experience because Trump has taken so much money and so many jobs away from the VA so veterans aren't getting the help they need. This was preventable. But, they both were Trump supporters so that had nothing to do with it.

NEW: Army veteran dies after being brutally beaten outside of his 'Trump house' in San Diego, California. Trump supporter Kerry Sheron is deceased following an unprovoked attack outside of his home, which is known in the area for all of his Trump/USA flags. Sheron was punched in the jaw before he fell to the ground. When on the ground, he was hit multiple times in the head. 32-year-old Thomas Caleb Butler was arrested for the attack. Sheron's wife says she believes the attack was politically motivated. "He tried to kill my husband, you know," she said before he died. "It's terrible. I don't know what kind of hate... what heart, the black heart. They don't like the flags. I don't know why. I support America. My husband is a veteran." Horrific. RIP.

Thank you @MariaBartiromo for covering what the legacy media refuses to: the largest government scandal in my lifetime. FDA officials were fully aware of COVID injection injuries — including sudden cardiac death, pulmonary infarction, stroke, and Bell’s palsy — but kept them hidden. The public had a Right to Know but was denied informed consent.

Republicans do not need to call Democrats "Nazis," because "Democrat" is bad enough. -The Trail of Tears. -Slavery. -The Civil War. -Jim Crow. -The KKK. -Concentration camps for Americans of Japanese descent. -Opposition to all civil rights legislation. -Embrace of Marxism. -Racial eugenics via 66 million aborted babies. -The Re-Racialization of American society in the 21st Century. In most nations throughout history, that's enough for a political party to be outlawed.

@DavidJHarrisJr Yes it most certainly does, for those who cant read OR comprehension skills are lacking, "The Lord hates the shedding of innocent blood" proverbs 6:16-19 who is more innocent than a preborn baby in the womb?!!!!

It’s not silent. Jesus warned in Matthew 18:6: If anyone causes one of these little ones to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and be drowned in the sea. If we expand understanding this to the abortion debate, we see that the unborn as the ultimate ‘little ones’ that are innocent & defenseless. The scripture affirms life in the womb Ps 139, Jer 1:5)

@DavidJHarrisJr Psalms 139 says we are fearfully and wonderfully made and God knew us in our mothers womb. If our creator had this intimate relationship with us while we we’re in our mothers womb why would he condone aborting that child before it could be born?
