This is gonna be pretty funny Poor people will correctly vote “no” to freezing wallets And rich people will be forced to offload all of their bitcoin in response, nuking the entire industry in a firesale There is no way to avoid this
Bitcoin Archive@BitcoinArchive

Cypherpunk Jameson Lopp and other Bitcoin developers propose BIP-361 to freeze quantum vulnerable wallets. This could lock dormant BTC like Satoshi Nakamoto’s 1.1M coins, now worth $74B, before quantum computers can steal them.

@BigolWave Ok, I get that slight aromatase inhib might be good but what's the advantage of uncoupling supposed to be? Also why do RP fans claim that CO2 vasodilation --> good, but NO vasodilation bad, when the latter is way more efficient at getting the desired effects

Aspirin uncouples mitochondria increasing the speed of the metabolism and increasing the amount of heat your body produces. Aspirin shifts your body towards glucose metabolism which over time can feasibly cure diseases like cancer and diabetes.. which are caused by impaired glucose metabolism. Not only that but shifting the body towards glucose metabolism obviously makes the body more efficient at burning glucose.. which provides a performance boost during exercise because when the body needs energy fast it uses glucose. Your body using glucose more efficiently also provides a performance boost by increasing the amount of CO2 your body produces which increases vasodilation, increases the amount of oxygen your blood carries, and is also anti inflammatory decreasing muscle soreness in a few ways.. by fighting general inflammation and also by reducing lactate buildup allowing your muscles to work harder for longer. Aspirin reduces inflammation in a plethora of ways including blocking prostaglandin formation. Aspirin blocks cortisol and adrenaline. Aspirin blocks serotonin. Prolactin. Helps with pain. Like I mentioned before it also helps with blood flow and in large doses has been shown to be as effective for erectile dysfunction as viagra. This is not an exhaustive list of the benefits of aspirin. Far from it. It’s just a few but it just goes to show how many benefits it has because this post barely scratches the surface

Bad actors don’t need to break encryption today but consider it already broken. In January, Citi published a full quantum threat report. Gartner called post-quantum cryptography a top 2026 action item. Not awareness. Action. The numbers from Citi are hard to ignore: → 19-34% Probability of widespread breaking of quantum computer-led public-key encryption by 2034, increasing to 60-82% by 2044 → $2.0-$3.3 trillion estimated indirect impact (GDP-at-risk) from a single-day quantum attack on one top-five U.S. bank’s access to Fedwire, i.e. 10-17% of GDP. → 25% is the percentage of bitcoins (about 4.5-6.7 million coins worth $500-600 billion today) that are potentially “quantum-exposed”. "Harvest now, decrypt later": adversaries are collecting your encrypted data today and sitting on it. The breach happens in the future. The theft is now. Gartner's verdict, published February 2026: asymmetric cryptography will be unsafe by 2030. NIST finalized post-quantum cryptography standards in 2024. The antidote exists. What most organizations are still missing is a migration plan and both Citi and Gartner are making the same argument: build that plan now, not the day Q-day makes headlines.

They throw around terms like the Randle Cycle to scare you. To make your own metabolism sound like some arcane secret only they can decipher. They want you to believe your body is fundamentally broken, in a constant state of civil war between fats and carbohydrates. It’s not. The Randle Cycle is just a traffic management system inside your cells. It’s a mechanism for choosing which fuel to burn. The problem is, the low-carb gurus have read the map upside down. They blame the traffic for the car crash. The real issue is not the fuel, but a broken engine. The Hostile Takeover by Fat Think of your mitochondria as a high-performance engine. Both fats and carbs provide fuel, but they don't enter the engine the same way. Their processing creates different ratios of electron carriers, the little batteries called NADH and FADH2. Carbohydrates produce a clean, efficient 5-to-1 ratio of NADH to FADH2. Fats produce a clunky, inefficient 2-to-1 ratio. This isn’t just a trivial detail. It’s everything. When you flood your system with fat, the higher amount of FADH2 monopolizes the machinery. It elbows its way to the front of the line, jamming up the works at a place called Complex 2. It hogs the shuttle, Coenzyme Q10, leaving the carrier for carbohydrates, NADH, stuck at Complex 1 with nowhere to go. The whole assembly line gets backlogged. Complex 1 gets pissed off. It starts spewing out reactive oxygen species, the metabolic equivalent of thick black smoke from a sputtering engine. Because the line is jammed, the door for glucose to even enter the engine, an enzyme called pyruvate dehydrogenase, gets slammed shut. The buildup of byproducts from fat metabolism directly blocks it. Fat metabolism actively prevents your body from using its preferred, cleaner fuel. It’s a hostile takeover at the cellular level. The Intelligent Design of Carbohydrates Now, what happens when you eat carbs? Your body responds with intelligence. Insulin arrives. It’s not the villain lowcarbers paint it to be. It’s the master traffic controller. First, it signals your fat cells to stop dumping fat into the bloodstream. It clears the roads. Then, inside the cell, it activates a switch called malonyl-CoA. This molecule physically blocks fat from entering the mitochondrial engine. It prioritizes glucose. The engine runs smoothly on a clean fuel mix. The assembly line flows. The low-carb argument completely falls apart here. They claim that because a byproduct of carb metabolism, citrate, can leak out of the mitochondria, it must inhibit carb burning just like fat does. It’s an intellectually dishonest comparison. When carbs are the primary fuel, the cell has plenty of a cofactor called Co-A. This allows the cell to instantly convert that leaked citrate into the very malonyl-CoA that blocks fat burning. It’s an elegant, self-regulating system designed to prioritize glucose. It’s not a flaw. With fat metabolism, that cofactor is used up just to process the fat itself, so the citrate builds up and shuts down glucose burning. One system is a traffic jam. The other is a coordinated, intelligent flow. The Real Problem: A Flooded Engine The Randle Cycle isn’t a disease. It’s a normal physiological choice. The disease state is when the choice is taken away. The problem is when your tissues are already waterlogged with stored fat, especially the unstable polyunsaturated fats that Ray Peat warned about for decades. The cells are stuck in that jammed, smoky, fat-burning state. They are already full. They can’t respond to insulin’s signal to take up glucose because the engine room is already flooded with dirty fuel. This is insulin resistance. It’s not a disease of high blood sugar. It’s a disease of energy overload and cellular traffic collapse. The body is screaming for energy, but the pathways are blocked. You get a backlog of both fats and glucose in the blood, beating up your blood vessels, your kidneys, your nerves. The pancreas burns itself out trying to shout louder and louder with more insulin. This is the path to diabetes, to fatty liver, to every metabolic disease they try to sell you a useless, fat-based diet for. What do they all have in common? They deprive their bodies of energy. They think because they can live on fat and don’t immediately die… that they’re okay. No, they’re not. You don’t fix a flooded engine by arguing about which drop of fuel is to blame. You clear the engine. You get rid of the backlog. You stop pouring in the fuel that gums up the works. You give the body what it actually wants. Abundant carbohydrates and protein. You lower the fat intake to a minimum. And then you give the engine a reason to run. You move. You train your muscles. You create a demand for energy. You restore the flow. Ray Peat always said: “No structure without energy.” If you give your body enough fuel... and create a macro- and micronutrient environment that allows it to actually convert that fuel into energy... it will regenerate and restore itself. Time and energy. That’s all your body needs. Stop letting them sell you fear. You don't have a fuel problem. You have a flow problem. Fix the flow. Eat. Move. Let your mitochondria do their job.

Crypto Quantum 💰
Crypto Quantum 💰@Isaacxxx11·
🚨QANPlatform : The most underrated L1 of 2025 ? Let me connect the dots for you. A 🧵 that might change your portfolio 👇 1 - Every major tech company is racing to become PQC-ready. Quantum computers are coming. Traditional cryptography is dying. Google, IBM, Amazon, Microsoft – all are moving toward Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC). But guess what? Only one L1 has built PQC into its core. That’s @QANplatform 2 - QVM: Quantum-resistant + Ethereum-compatible QAN is building the QVM, a virtual machine that can run ANY smart contract : Solidity, Rust, Go... But it's protected by quantum-resistant encryption from the ground up. 3 - Hacken audit incoming (July!) The final boss of blockchain security AKA @hackenclub ($HAI) is auditing QAN’s QVM. 🚨 If the results are public and bullish (as hinted by the CTO)... it's game over for the competition. 4 - IBM already in the mix 🧠 Yes. @IBM, one of the global leaders in quantum computing is already officially partnered with QAN. QANX is not a theoretical bet. It’s a strategic layer in IBM’s future stack. 5 - Patrick Storchenegger from the Ethereum Board Fundation → QAN Wait, what? Yes, Patrick Storchenegger, member of the Ethereum Board Foundation, is part of the QAN team. That’s real firepower and connections you can’t buy. Still under $60M market cap Let that sink in. A PQC layer 1, backed by IBM, Ethereum-linked talent, and a fully audited quantum-resistant VM...is still a mid-cap micro-gem. The domino effect is coming. Once the Hacken audit is live, once QVM launches, once the first QVM smart contracts start deploying… The narrative will shift overnight. $QANX is trading at a $58M FDV while building the only quantum-resistant L1 with docker-native infra + multi-language smart contracts Even if it captures $150M/yr (conservative) in dev-side + enterprise usage (infra ARR), you’re looking at a 0.38 P/E! Add to that infra-level dev adoption comparable to niche infra tools like Alchemy, Infura, Ankr, etc. Anticipate L1 fee capture as well, if QAN becomes the go-to for quantum-secure apps. Cross-industry usage across Gov, IoT, AI systems etc where quantum resistance matters S&P averages 25 P/E Apply that here → fair value: $3.75B That’s a clean 64x from here! We’re not even pricing in quantum panic or L1 premium Asymmetry is offensive at this point
