So @SAS wont refund or transfer outbound checked baggage to inbound, even if added because their UI is misleading. Looks like I'm stuck with an extra outbound bag :)

@vflosierra@SAS How unreliable are you @SAS?! You’ve delayed my son’s luggage on flight SK526 on 14/1/26 and have gone radio silent on returning it. Phone lines aren’t working & it’s an expensive lost work day to travel back to Arlanda. How are you going to return his luggage & compensate him?

@SAS the agent told me it would take 3 days max to get a refund for my hotel expenses due to a flight interruption in my itinerary it has been a month and still nothing.
