@SAS @SAS Punctuality awards mean nothing when you lose passengers' luggage. Flight CPH-BCN, Jan 10th, my bag and many others from that flight still missing, zero updates. It's been days. Where is the "reliability" you're so proud of? #SAS #LostLuggage

Woken up at 3am by the hotel guests in the room next door, rolling in loud and drunk. When I left at 4.45am to catch my flight home, I swapped the 'do not disturb' sign they had audaciously left on their door handle for 'please make up my room'. 10/10 would do again.

@virginmedia this service can’t get any worse. Poor cable tv @ broadband for years… Repull perpetually postponed. Your technician inexplicably cut the external arial so no freeview either…. @sky @Plusnet @TalkTalk can you do better?
