@dustyeki @NRLSCC I'd prefer Teddy over Walsh. Roosters are a much better attacking unit than Broncos this season. You would have to sacrifice playing Hoskings or Willison to bring in Tino. Not sure Tino covers 10+ points a game on those two.

🔱 Tino | 2RF/FRF | $636,100 He’s back. Tino Fa’asuamaleaui is currently being traded in by just 1/50th of the top 5% of SuperCoaches. Incredibly low for a player who looked as good as he did on the weekend and with his pedigree. Passed the eye test comfortably on Sunday, producing a line break, a try assist and a neat ton, built on an outstanding 80 points in base and power across 62 minutes. More importantly, he finally looks to have moved past the knee issues that disrupted the early part of his season. Outside of reduced minutes backing up from Origin against Melbourne, he’s scored below 76 just once (58) since Rd 6 and has quietly re-established himself as one of the best base and power players in the game. Yet to score a try this season and has managed just three major attacking stats. That’s not Tino-esque. When he becomes a volume ball-runner and starts finding his offload, good things tend to happen around him. He naturally beats tackles and is always a focal point through the middle. The draw only adds to the appeal. The Titans play five of their final seven games at home, with five day games, an evening game at home vs Dolphins and a night game in Townsville. Plenty of matchups where Tino should be able to impose himself through the middle. Titans may be out of finals contention, but there are signs of life. They’ve beaten Penrith and Manly recently, pushed Melbourne in Melbourne and still have plenty of incentive to finish strongly and build toward 2027. At $636k, the value is pretty obvious. He reached $760k last season and eclipsed $800k his previous season. The pedigree is there and his dual 2RF/FRF status could also be useful for Twal/May owners looking for cover in RD23. With injuries to players like Tallis Duncan and Hudson Young, and Tapine/Mooney/Paseka upgrade options, Tino looks like a genuine POD keeper to me. At just 5% ownership among the top 5%, now looks like the time to jump on and make up some ground. #NRLSuperCoach #SuperCoachNRL #SuperCoachCounsel

@NRLSCC Very pod move which could pay off. In terms of middle forwards, he has probably the highest upside of try scoring ability. Think prime Ford pre injury. I like this play given the low ownership.

@NRLSCC I prefer Teddy over Walsh as well but I'm not sold he's top 3 from now til end. His game play relies heavily on the hockey assist which was good under Fox scoring. I don't mind the idea of holding turbo and waiting to see if Drinky gets the gk. I'd have a gk Drinky ahead of Teddy

🐓 James Tedesco | FLB | $576,800 One of the Kings of SuperCoach and the forgotten man at fullback. After a lean origin period, I’m expecting Teddy to return fresh and ready to launch into another strong run home as the Roosters push for a top-two finish, a home final and a second chance. When the finish line comes into view, Tedesco finds another gear. For the best part of a decade, he’s consistently been one of the strongest SuperCoach performers over the closing rounds. The Roosters tend to follow a similar pattern themselves, starting slowly, building through the middle of the season and finding their best football leading into finals. I see no reason for that habit not to continue. The man started the season at around $870k and even pushed beyond $900k during the year. Now he’s available for just $576k with a breakeven of 48. And it’s not like he’s playing bad, his form leading origin was as good as ever. The Roosters have no byes remaining and play four of their final five games at home, giving him every chance to storm home. I also prefer him to Reece Walsh, who is being purchased by 1/3 of the top 5% of SuperCoaches, compared to one 1/10 for Tedesco. Walsh may produce over the short term, but as soon as Brisbane lose, they’re 500:1 to make the top eight and run the risk of players beginning to disengage. With Tom Trbojevic going down and Sua Fa’alogo peak in price, this looks like a very easy move. At $576k, with no remaining byes and a proven history of finishing seasons strongly, Tedesco is a straightforward replacement. #NRLSuperCoach #SuperCoachNRL #SuperCoachCounsel
