Like last week, I'm pretty eager to make some trades, but don't really have to to field a decent team. I would move Duncan on to Olakauatu if I could do it in one trade. But instead I think I'll wait till after his bye. Turbo to Teddy is very tempting, but I'm not sure. #halp

🔱 Tino | 2RF/FRF | $636,100 He’s back. Tino Fa’asuamaleaui is currently being traded in by just 1/50th of the top 5% of SuperCoaches. Incredibly low for a player who looked as good as he did on the weekend and with his pedigree. Passed the eye test comfortably on Sunday, producing a line break, a try assist and a neat ton, built on an outstanding 80 points in base and power across 62 minutes. More importantly, he finally looks to have moved past the knee issues that disrupted the early part of his season. Outside of reduced minutes backing up from Origin against Melbourne, he’s scored below 76 just once (58) since Rd 6 and has quietly re-established himself as one of the best base and power players in the game. Yet to score a try this season and has managed just three major attacking stats. That’s not Tino-esque. When he becomes a volume ball-runner and starts finding his offload, good things tend to happen around him. He naturally beats tackles and is always a focal point through the middle. The draw only adds to the appeal. The Titans play five of their final seven games at home, with five day games, an evening game at home vs Dolphins and a night game in Townsville. Plenty of matchups where Tino should be able to impose himself through the middle. Titans may be out of finals contention, but there are signs of life. They’ve beaten Penrith and Manly recently, pushed Melbourne in Melbourne and still have plenty of incentive to finish strongly and build toward 2027. At $636k, the value is pretty obvious. He reached $760k last season and eclipsed $800k his previous season. The pedigree is there and his dual 2RF/FRF status could also be useful for Twal/May owners looking for cover in RD23. With injuries to players like Tallis Duncan and Hudson Young, and Tapine/Mooney/Paseka upgrade options, Tino looks like a genuine POD keeper to me. Team Update 👀 Locked in two trades this week: 🔄 Ponga IN ➡️ Seigwalt OUT 🔄 Olakau'atu IN ➡️ Lisati OUT I was originally planning to bring in Marky and Teddy, but with Teddy ruled out and Marky carrying a high breakeven, I decided it was the right time to upgrade my fullback. With Seigwalt missing squad selection, the move made even more sense. I also really like Olakau'atu's matchup against the Cowboys. Their edge defence has been vulnerable, and playing at 4 Pines Park, he has every chance of posting a big score. Unfortunately, I'll only be fielding 16 players this week, including Loelu, who may see limited minutes. Round 19 has probably been my toughest bye-planning round of the season, but we'll see how it plays out. 💰 $116.9k ITB 🔁 9 trades remaining The plan is to bring in Haas next week, then hopefully target Marky once his price comes back to earth. If everything goes to plan, I'll be in a strong position for the run home with 5 or so trades still up my sleeve. 🤞all goes well... #NRLSuperCoach

Two options if you’re keen on bringing in Olakau’atu: Option 1: Lisati out, Olakau’atu in Rouchman out, Myles Martin in Leaves you with $276.7k ITB and helps set up future trades with dual-position coverage in both FRF and 2RF. Option 2: Lisati out, Olakau’atu in Young out, James Walsh in Leaves you with $195.7k ITB and gives you dual-position coverage across both 2RF and CTW. You also have other options if you decide to fade Olakau’atu. Young and Twal are both great alternatives and around $50k cheaper, which could give you more flexibility with future trades. Your team looks pretty solid for this round btw so you could easily hold trades if you wanted to.
