I’ll eventually need to replace Turbo in my flex spot, but if I hold this week I can still field 17 players. The downside is losing my looping option. If VC Milky goes huge, I may be forced into making a move and bringing one of the above players in. I was also seriously considering moving Taps on for Hamish this week, but I don’t feel the need to rush it. Taps has the Tigers at home, and I’m expecting a big performance from the Raiders skipper. The role is just too juicy- extra involvement, more attacking opportunities and genuine upside if he gets into space. Yeah, true. I've been somewhat fortunate. Trades are incredibly valuable at this stage of the season, and I think a lot of teams are hoping Walsh can replicate what he did in the back end of last year. Each to their own, though. Sometimes you've just got to swing for the fences and hope for the best.

@Ryder10874181 Sorry just realised you have 4 subs. If you VC him you likely get Cheese or lower as AE. I don't really like straight C option but your team and situation, it may be a exception. It's up to you but if it were me, I'd still play safe and VC him.

🐏 HERD MENTALITY 🐏 With Young & Turbo falling, the herd has responded with run-home guns on the mind. Here’s who’s in, who’s out, and whether you should zig or zag ⤵️ 🐴 Reece Walsh (+9%) is the most popular trade as Turbo owners chase untapped upside. It only took one 80-minute performance in 2026 to convince coaches the Broncos & Reece Walsh are the answer. I’m not as convinced Walsh has shown keeper quality & consistency in 2026. It’s the definition of a hail mary play, and I’m siding with other options for the run home. 🥛 Simi Sasagi (+5%) is ripe for the picking with dual 2RF/CTW availability. Sasagi’s return from injury has been really positive, averaging about 50-60 in base+power without any real attacking stats. Facing a new look Tigers’ edge at 3pm at home, it feels inevitable big scores are around the corner. He’s my best option for captaincy this weekend. 🐔 James Tedesco (+3%) comes into the run home well rested after a HIA forced recovery in Origin. Tedesco averaged 97 points between rounds 21 and 26 last year featuring three big tonnes. I think he’s not only the safer trade at fullback, but will consistently score higher than Walsh in a side looking to lock down a second-chance home final. Circling the round 25 clash v Tigers as a must-own. 🐰 Tallis Duncan (-3%) succumbs to a minor hamstring injury and will miss 2-3 weeks. In the context of Fifita missing a fortnight & Dolphins on the bye, this is a big surprise blow for Coaches. I can understand the trade to Sasagi if you can’t field a side, but I’d be holding if you’ve got cover. He’s in the conversation for top three 2RFs in 2026. 🐴 Payne Haas (+2%) had a positive return to club football last weekend without troubling the scorers too much. It has to be said, with the emergence of the likes of Toby Couchman, Keaon, TMay & Tino, Haas is far from a must-have in 2026. In saying that, this is typically exactly the time when Haas reminds us why he’s the GOAT FRF. #NRLSuperCoach #NRL

@ShmakosSC I think you can wait to see if Clearys score is loopable. If not, I would consider bringing in Campbell so you can enable Hynes in flex with the big C.
