@thisismahmoud @Railway Thank you Mahmoud. But the app is *not* working. It’s barely responsive. I think we both agree that I don’t have to resort to posting publicly on X to get a legitimate production issue looked at. Your support system mixes help threads with support tickets. That’s problematic.

One thing I didn’t take into account when I moved a production app from Heroku to @Railway is that they literally have 0 support. Their forum is now filled with reports on apps being down for more than 12 hours because of a Redis issue. 0 response. Don’t move to Railway.

@SHxKM @Railway Most issues tend to be at the app level rather than with the Railway platform itself I understand the frustration when things go wrong and needing help. That said, saying that Railway offers no support is not true. There also wasn't reports of apps being down like you mentioned

You've been tricked! Very high traffic is cheap too, I serve 314,000,000 requests per month One VPS can be just $50/mo to handle all this traffic, with Cloudflare caching most of it (for free!)

@levelsio High traffic is cheap. Very high traffic doesn’t work at all. So AWS might be worth it if it is something that could be huge.

If you don't get haters nobody care about you So it's a good thing I think In this case it's VERY good because it shows the idea has a lot of potential Nomad List was very controversial 10 years ago too, I remember the hot takes about "exploiting third world countries to live cheap" Now 10 years later digital nomading is mainstream If your idea only gets positive replies, or just neutral, or not much response, it might not be so groundbreaking/viable See the response to Stable Diffusion by artists and to Devin the AI dev by software devs a few weeks ago, ppl get quite angry, so that's to be expected I try to read most messages and learn from them, haters sometimes have viable arguments and cores of truth you can learn from I think

Amazing customer support by @posthog so far, and I’m on their free tier. Most bugs fixed within 48 hours. (I’m on the free tier)

Really liking @posthog’s fresh attitude towards product analytics, but it seems that the product (at least the hosted solution) is still buggy. Even submitting a bug report is buggy.

@thibaultleouay Eh, I wouldn't use that for anything serious because the integration is minimal in terms of the config and the feedback you can get from MailChannels. SES costs 1$ for every 10,000 emails you send and takes at most an hour or two to set up.

@timgl @posthog Most bugs were fixed within less than 48 hours, impressive! But I think you’re wrong about 👆 @timgl - I’ve definitely seen wrong Funnels reports because one of the steps was filtering for a cohort, and got nonsensible results because that cohort didn’t update for over 24 hr.

@SHxKM @posthog This is a bit of a UX issue, but the cohorts do update, it just takes a couple of minutes. We're going to make some changes to the UI to make this clearer.
